I would suggest you also state the asset you want to use as collateral for the loan because it's not likely you will find someone in Nigeria who will give that kind of amount as loan to a complete stranger without any form of security

To start with, l am not a farm hand, l am a holder of a Master's Degree with over ten years experience in managing agriculture investments. So l know what l am saying. I have both qualitative and quantitative experience. #5Million will give me such a cash flow over time.

I still insist that you don't know what you're talking about - there is no way an investment of #5million in a farm will lead to an annual return of #30 million.

Please provide a breakdown of what the money will be used for and show us how it will magically translate to annual cash inflows of #30 million

I have hands on experience on crop production and processing. I will invest on three crops: Palm oil, maize and Cassava. I will buy 5 hectares of Farm land, cultivate oil palm plantation on it for a long term income and inter crop with maize and Cassava for short term/ residual income while managing the farm before the oil palm starts fruiting in the third year. The Oil Palm fruit will be processed locally for Palm oil. The five hectares of palm oil can generate an annual income of #30million naira for me for 25 to 30 years while creating minimum of 10 permanent employment for others. So you can understand while I said #5Milllion can change my life.

The experience you have is probably as a farm hand, if you had a more qualitative experience in managing a farm you would know there is no way an investment of just #5million in a farm will give you an annual return of #30 million!

You're talking nonsense, there's nothing wrong with investing proceeds from sale of family land in a business.

The reason why the business is most likely because he did not have a proper understanding of the business which he would have acquired through an apprenticeship of at least 18months
