His death has thought taught women to stop marrying careless men that don't bother about their health..

Also thought taught women not to marry from a tribe that killed their sons because their mother or wives are from another tribe...

Sports / Re: Why Multichoice Lost Out In Race For AFCON Broadcast Rights by SavageResponse(m): 9:29pm On Jan 04
chymeze:
This company was able to acquire all these rights over multichoice because the Togolese government stood firmly by them and gave them all the necessary support against all odds. That rings a loud lesson for the Nigerian context. If the Nigerian government had given firm support to some of these local companies which were starting up they would have survived and taken over the African space. But as usual the story is that whenever these companies arise to challenge DStv, it's even the Nigerian government bribed heavily by DStv that suffocates their own local companies. A small nation like Togo has just shown a supposedly larger nation like Nigeria how it's done if you want your nation to be on the lips of the world. What a shame for Nigeria!

That company is only surviving because it is enjoying heavy government subsidy.

As soon as there is a change of government in Togo the company will die off if the new government has a new policy direction which does not include using state funds to prop up a company which lacks financial viability!

you're talking to someone who studied agriculture, what makes you think he'll be a novice like your friend ?

And so what if he studied Agriculture in school?

There is something called "Route-to-market" therefore before you commence any production process you must an established channel for marketing and distribution of your output.

If he goes ahead to plant without having contacts of traders farm agents who will buy from him when it's harvest time most of his farm produce will rot in his hands

I am always surprised as to how most of you comment on NL. I have a business although a small business I wouldn't do what my boss is currently doing to the staff. You don't wear the shoe, so you don't know where it pinches.

In that case resign from the job and face the business full time then maybe you will fully understand the challenges of running a business in Nigeria.

Since you are boasting here that you are the only competent person in the company you should resign and run your own business so that you will become Dangote in 6 months!

Bro i was helpless i tried my
possible best to leave the scene when the second slap came in but she wont stop locking my cloth not to leave and hitting me hard on my chest, stomach and some other vital part of my body. I tried to be the most gentleman by not raising my hands on her but she brought out the monster in me by continuously hitting me. If i am a man it doesn’t mean my woman should be hitting me all the time. If i hadn’t done that i might have gotten seriously wounded by now coz she wouldn’t stop hitting me.

In my book what you did is self defence.

My only annoyance is that you did not beat her well enough so she will land in the hospital!

How dare she slap you 2 times angry

O ti lo abeg! I don try. Once they make payment in December 31(I am praying it should not exceed that date) I will just log out.

- It's mentally draining
- No structure
- You practically begging for things to be done or approved
- You are under pressure because of ineptitude of your boss and colleagues
- You get home and you still working,
- No thank you, bonus, 13month or even an oil
- And most annoying, you have an inexperience HR who practically does nothing yet have an two assistant.

Since you're the only one who knows what he's doing in the company why don't you resign and set up your own business so you will realise how easy it is to run a business in Nigeria!

As a forex trader, there's been the ups and down, the good and the bad but I've been able to get myself a very decent profit this year, asides the losses, been able to make at least 15m.

How much have you made as a fx trader, would love to get your experience

Stop deceiving yourself with all these figures you're mentioning as your earnings from trading forex, if you were actually making that much you won't have the time to come here to scout for people who will pay you for training!

Do you think someone who actually makes 4 million every month from forex trading will have the time to come online to look for people to mentor?

Justicecreft:
For me it's been an income booster while also giving me time freedom. Having a normal 9-5 l,collecting basic salary was good but that was it,no improvement, no salary change for long, nothing much. When i realised how much i could be making trading online,i gave it everything and i don't regret doing so especially for the fact that i get to control how much i make and still have the freedom to do other things i love to do without looking at the time to go to work or come back. Some months where i make about N4m,i would say is one my bad months but still better than when i was working in a regular job

It's also given me the chance to travel more and get more in touch with myself.

How has trading helped you too

mumu, have u heard of the term expected income..?

do u know banks giv civil servants loan nd even NYSC pll loan cuz of expected income..?

do u know that banks use the logbook of ones expected income to grant loans...?

do u know that revenue part of a budget is about expected income..? do u know that before u boast of a planned expenditure u shld b like 85% sure of the expected revenue ..?

u see, u thought budget is all about plans of income, u didn't know its also about planned expenditure and the plan for debts management for a fiscal year...

mumu, before lagos releases such budget, they have already k own thier expected income and know that it is realizable to at least 85%

so like i said...its normal.lagos noise and not true...since in d end they go cap in hand to IMF for loans they usually boast they can generate internally....

so get education bro

Oga abeg make you dey lie small small!

Is it NYSC with no fixed address that will collect loan from your bank and redeploy to another state so as to avoid repaying the loan?

There is no bank in Nigeria that will grant loan to NYSC staff based on any nonsense expected income

Lies, Mandela initiated want to take back the wealth and got arrested. The deal he later made was detrimental to his people the whites kept the wealth.

The blacks there lack capacity to manage enterprise so if they go it they would not have been able to manage and sustain it, a case in point is Zimbabwe were farm lands were seized from white farmers and handed over to blacks and after about 5 years almost all the farms were bankrupt!
