Does facebook have another email address?
coz they haven't responded to my emails since 10th of this month

my application status reads PAYMENT FAILED, meanwhile I already signed the letter of offer and used business account while applying. I've sent an email to facebook since 10th December and they're yet to respond

My brother don't fold your arms and be expecting the payment from our Nigerian Banks. You've got to pressurize them. Once your application status reads "paid". Find a way of pressurizing your Bank. Speaking from experience.

I submitted a business account but I'm still yet to receive it

After all the stress. So sorry..I however remember them saying that the grant would only be paid into a business account. You could have quickly opened one cos thats what I did as soon as I started the application.

Please if your status shows payment failed. What's the next thing to do. They haven't responded my emails since thursday last week

Send a mail to deloitte immediately informing them of the failed status and include your application ID. Make a request that they update you about what to do so that you could get your Grant credited to your account. All the best

yes. the account is a virtual account with a providus bank via PROSPA. Dunno if they had issues with routing the payment

yes it's reflecting payment failed. they've asked me to send them my application ID so they can investigate. My bank is providus

Please who has received the email they promised to send between 8th and 10th of this month concerning bank account details
