Well, that I don't know of.

But what I know is that, the bank should have given you something - a slip - which will serve as the confirmation of your payment. And it will contain your transaction ID

The bank slipl doesn't contain the trans ID,Nysc would send you text and an email containing it

Well, try it out and see if you are able to pick any state of your choice or not.

Well I picked the normal states I've visited and still got the states I wanted from the outset and someone did same and she got northern state all through, plus I was able to see all the states apart from Bornu Adamawa And yobeyobe

1. The payment is it most for everyone? I was told is only for those that want to receive their call up letter sent by NYSC that are supposed to pay and that those that want to retrieve their call up letter from their school are not to pay is it true?
2. The payment, is it to be done before registration or registration before payment? Please help me with these infors. Thanks.

It really surprises me that some people complaining about not being able to select the states they want. Well this is due to some pattern selection which states you have visited would also play a role.


Firstly, I learnt it depends on zoning, and here is the drill, We have 6 Geopolitical zones in Nigeria, The system would not place you in any of these zones:
1.the place you school,
2.the place of your origin,
3.the places you have visited

So, if you are targeting a particular state outside the zone of your origin OR you schooled OR visited, do your calculation well, use your head to pick states you have visited, Just 3 states from 3 different zones you don't want to go to, now you have 3 remaining zones which are; Your origin, Your school, and neutral zone which you want to go , So when selecting the 4 states of deployment,
Pick
1. from the zone you have visited
2. from the zone you want to go
3. from the zone you school
4. from the zone of your origin

Now PRAY BECAUSE It was also stated on the registration page that NYSC reserves the right to deploy anyone to a state of their choice.

Once you've submitted you can't edit anything again,meaning you can't check the states you pick
If someone is doing it for you just send the states accordingly and accurately

Seeing only Nothern states in the selections, I have decided to discontinue with the Registration for now. NYSC WILL NOT FORCE ME INTO MAKING A CHOICE BECAUSE THEY CLAIM WE ARE AT LIBERTY OF MAKING A SELECTION.
