PoliticsRe: I Asked 4 A.I.s Thoughts On Nigerias Unity, Here Is What They Said by ScamHunter: 11:48pm On Mar 13, 2025
MAR2012:
Unity is not forced.

Besides Nigeria was forced into existence by slave masters who had no good intentions
For the black race

If there are no bases of unity, what is the point of killing one another as we see today?

You don't seem know what people have gone through and what they are going through just for being Nigerians.

In Benue State, People are killed daily in their homes..

Does this wish to be Nigerian mean people wish to be killed by fellow Nigerians?

In my world, I value human life.
Words on Marble.

Unfortunately, most black people are foolish.

PoliticsRe: 2027: Can Elrufai Be Trusted? by ScamHunter: 12:50am On Mar 12, 2025
Penguin2:
Lately, Mallam Nasir Elrufai has been involved in a lot of media shenanigans which culminated in his defection to SDP from APC within the weekend.

These moves are obviously geared towards the 2027 general elections with Elrufai positioning to play a major role in the 2027 elections.

But I don’t trust him. Yes, I don’t trust Elrufai.

I might be wrong but something inside me tells me Elrufai is still working for Tinubu.

Yes, the man Tinubu is too politically shrewd to have just drop a character like Elrufai from his ministerial list just like that knowing the level of influence Elrufai welds within the northern powerbrokers.

What if Tinubu and Elrufai decided to play a game. And the game is simple - Elrufai gets dropped from the ministerial list. He plays victim and gets sympathy from northern populace.

Second part of the script is that they start to ‘persecute’ him which increases his victim script and makes him even more popular in the north.

Then he starts leading a supposed opposition coalition to ‘dislodge’ Tinubu.

Now, unsuspecting opposition members joins this supposed coalition only to play into hands of Elrufai and Tinubu.

Take Peter Obi for instance.

I’m sure they are already luring him to SDP that he would be the candidate of the united opposition but can he trust that? If Obi is not careful, he might take the bait and join the SDP only to not be given the ticket and then he would no longer be in the ticket to challenge Tinubu in 2027.

I’m not saying Obi should not join coalition forces but he should be careful of characters like Elrufai. Man is too evil that even if he’s not playing games, he should be left to remain irrelevant for life in the scheme of things in Nigeria.

This is why I’m not moved by Bashir Elrufai’s recent romance of Obidients.

A lot of things smell fishy to me.

But maybe I’m just thinking too much.
You're being paranoid. Fulani may be evil in many ways but not the sort of double-facedness you envisaged here. We all know the tribe that would do that. Talk of being directly murderous and I would agree. Say chameleonic and I say nah...

As long as his father backs Obi for president, he's useful. Anything else is nonsense. Nigeria needs a real leader not the clowns that have ruined things for half a century. As far as I'm concerned, Peter Obi is the closest to getting a leader.
PoliticsRe: My Mind Was Poisoned Against Peter Obi By My Former Party Members - El-rufai by ScamHunter: 1:30am On Mar 11, 2025
Every casual observer knew Peter Obi won the election. Imagine winning all the urban centers in the South and Middlebelt even with intense voter suppression and still not win? The IREV disconnection by INEC was due to Obi's shock performance. They knew they had to hide it to avoid mass reaction.

The daily attack by APC dogs against Obi validates the fact that they see him as the obstacle to grabbing power. Him and not Atiku. It also validates that they knew whom they rigged out. It was Obi, not Atiku.

Tellmeastory:
Gidgiddy it takes time.

Nigeria is more complex than Singapore and even China.

In China, is it not just one major ethnic group, the Han, that makes up 90% of the population or more? Why would they not be cohesive and efficient?

They also operate a very harsh dictatorship that brooks no opposition. No elections. Which was why they were able to implement very harsh protectionist policies until the 1980s when they were finally sufficiently industrialised to open up their market to liberal trade. Thousands of dissidents were jailed and executed.

So every country has its own trajectory.

There's no reason why Nigeria should not develop fully eventually. It's just a matter of time.

If India is developing, why won't Nigeria develop?

I don't even see it taking long. I believe that 10 years from now, you will not believe you are in this same Nigeria. There is going to be massive development of the country.

The fuel subsidy removal and naira float have positioned the nation for fast growth. As in 6 to 7% GDP growth per annum by next year at least.

Let's be patient.
For another 60 years of moving in circles and another round of APC propaganda?

Trauma? Nah... It shows Igbo are great survivors. It enlightens the Ignorant Igbos NEVER to lose sight of the vision of an Igbo country the way we were before the British placed us in this backwards thinking contraption. It strengthens rather than weakens in a way you won't understand. People only get weakened when they lose sight of who they are. The way Nigeria nearly made Ikwerre lose sight. What brought them back to their senses? Igbo marginalization. Many of us nearly started believing in Nigeria until the country started rubbing it on our faces. Otherwise, by now, the quest for an Igbo country would have died but it's very alive.

PoliticsDeepseek Explains Igbo Marginalization and Balkanization Into MB And SS by ScamHunter(op):
I asked Deepseek why Igbo nation was balkanized into several Nigerian states like Benue, Kogi, Edo, Delta, Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa and others. Here's its response:

The division of Igbo communities into multiple states with non-Igbo populations is a complex issue rooted in Nigeria's political, historical, and ethnic dynamics. Here are the key reasons behind this decision:

1. Political Strategy to Reduce Igbo Influence
- After the Nigerian Civil War (1967–1970), also known as the Biafran War, the federal government sought to prevent the Igbo ethnic group from consolidating political power.
- By dividing Igbo-majority areas into smaller states and merging them with non-Igbo regions, the government aimed to dilute Igbo political influence and prevent the re-emergence of secessionist movements.

2. Promotion of National Unity
- The Nigerian government argued that creating states with mixed ethnic populations would foster national integration and reduce ethnic tensions.
- The idea was to encourage cooperation and interdependence among different ethnic groups, thereby reducing the likelihood of ethnic-based conflicts.

3. Administrative Convenience

- The creation of states was also justified on administrative grounds. Smaller states were seen as easier to govern and more efficient in delivering development projects.
- However, in practice, this often led to the fragmentation of Igbo communities, weakening their collective voice in national politics.

4. Historical Context of State Creation
- Nigeria's state creation exercises (starting in 1967 and continuing in 1976, 1987, 1991, and 1996) were often influenced by political considerations rather than ethnic or cultural homogeneity.
- The Igbo people, who were concentrated in the former Eastern Region, saw their territory divided into multiple states, some of which included non-Igbo minorities.

5. Economic and Resource Control
- The division of Igbo communities also had economic implications. By splitting resource-rich areas and merging them with other regions, the federal government could control resource allocation and reduce the economic autonomy of the Igbo people.
- This was particularly significant in regions with oil and gas resources, where the federal government sought to maintain centralized control.

6. Ethnic Balancing
- Nigeria's federal structure has historically aimed to balance the influence of its three largest ethnic groups: the Hausa-Fulani, Yoruba, and Igbo.
- By creating states with mixed ethnic populations, the government sought to prevent any single group from dominating politically or economically.

7. Post-War Reconciliation and Punishment
- Some analysts argue that the division of Igbo communities was partly a punitive measure following the Biafran War.
- The federal government may have sought to weaken the Igbo socio-political structure to prevent future challenges to its authority.

Impact on Igbo Communities
- Political Marginalization: The division reduced the political influence of the Igbo people at the national level.
- Cultural Fragmentation: Igbo communities were split across multiple states, affecting their cultural cohesion.
- Development Challenges: The fragmentation often led to uneven development, with some Igbo areas receiving less attention from state governments dominated by non-Igbo populations.

The carving up of Igbo communities into multiple states with non-Igbo populations was driven by a combination of political, administrative, and strategic considerations. While the stated goal was to promote national unity and administrative efficiency, the move has had lasting implications for the Igbo people, contributing to feelings of marginalization and fueling calls for restructuring and greater autonomy in Nigeria's federal system.

PoliticsAsked AI Why Igbos Always Vote Based On Competence In Nigeria by ScamHunter(op):
The Igbo people have a history of being politically active and making informed choices in presidential elections. Here are a few reasons why:

1. **Education and Awareness**: The Igbo community places a high value on education, which often translates to a well-informed electorate. This awareness helps them make sensible choices based on policies and candidates' track records.

2. **Economic Interests**: Many Igbos are entrepreneurs and business owners. They tend to support candidates who promote economic growth, stability, and policies that favor business development.

3. **Unity and Solidarity**: The Igbo people often show a strong sense of unity and solidarity, especially when it comes to political matters. This collective approach can lead to more strategic and sensible voting patterns.

4. **Historical Context**: The Igbo community has faced significant challenges and discrimination in the past, which has made them more cautious and deliberate in their political choices. They tend to support candidates who advocate for equality, justice, and national unity.

5. **Active Participation**: Igbos are known for their active participation in the political process, from grassroots mobilization to higher levels of political engagement. This involvement ensures that their voices are heard and their interests are represented.

These factors contribute to the Igbo community's reputation for making sensible choices in presidential elections. If you're interested in learning more about the political dynamics involving the Igbo people, you can check out this [article](https://republic.com.ng/february-march-2023/igbo-2023-elections/) or this [study](https://www.igwebuikeresearchinstitute.org/amamihe_journal_article.php?paper=299).
