I'll go for z10 anytime anyday, only ish is z10 has a battery of 1800mah while z3's is 2550mah.........if u still have to choose which variant of z10 go for stl 2,3 or 4 (altho I use stl 1, it just needs more tlc dan d oda variants)

might have been dat u installed an Android camera app did u?
or even any oda android app dat requested camera permission...
got to settings > security> app permission from d all tab, switch to camera only and disable d app permission of d apps reboot and make sure u pray while d phone is coming back on

its me again, now i guess the worst has happened.
I did a backup up of my z10 in other to get ready for the reload. I finally did the reload and the green light came up. Now on a bberror.com/bb10-0015 has been coming up since yesterday. To complicate issues, my phone isnt being detected by the pc link. The red light comes up and blackberry letter comes up and it goes off again, the cycle continues.

Again, I cant seem to download the autoloader, been trying since Monday

I tried to reload/update my Q5 dat is not booting with an autoloader.after connecting it with an autoloader and entering my password,my phone displayed "uploading RAM Image 0*8023A1DC) ######## 100 ####### ).for over two hours now,it is still displaying d same thing.any idea wat d problem is pls?

1, ur password might be restricting connection
2, if it ain't connecting /uploading after a while, hold d power button for 10 secs and pray hard
