Hello, please I am trying to run one of these autoloader for 10.3.1154 and 1448 for the z30. The file ends with (exe.7r).

I get the error that my computer cannot run this file even when I remove the 7r at the end.

Is it that it is it is a zip file or rar file? How do I get this to run on my pc

Since yesterday, my z10 wont come on. I have tried charging it, it shows an orange light (like when you plug it to mains), then the battery charging sign comes up, then the blackberry sign comes on and it goes off, the cycle continues all over again. Since yesterday, I have pratically been offline, I have plugged it to a car charger, used generator, even nepa sef same story. I even removed my battery and put in a colleagues z10, same story, I have a spare battery, same story.............What could be the reason as this is the only phone I have?

Urgent respose(s) will be really appreciated as I am stranded at the moment.

please follow as directed

1. use battery normally till it dies totally
2. remove d battery for nothing less dan an hour
3. with d battery out try to put on d phone
4. put back d battery and plug to ur charger, d phone would have to charge for some mins before coming on
5. when d phone comes on d battery should be red or at least orange, if it's white start d whole process over again but this time leave d battery out for 2 hrs.

My Z10 still shuts down at 85% battery level. I am on 10.2.1.2977 os. Pls ow can I end this frustrating issue? It's very saddening. I can't use my fone until I plugged it to power and it comes back to 85%. When it's fully charged, it switches off again at 85%. This is totally frustrating.

u have to calibrate ur battery

oga walcolm I suggest u add how to calibrate a z10 battery to d first post of d thread so when anyone has d issue, we just direct dem dere cos it's tiring writing d process over and over again

Ok ok let me explain in details. The whole thing was a lie . I went shopping in Shoppers World, Brampton, Ontario Canada then came across this fast food chain.
