I open the autoloader it connected to my phonen after loading small thing it showed some like failed to load image it was fast then the command prompt closed

mine is d blackberry link backup/restore feature, i dont like hate that you cant select which particular part or ur phone u want to back/restore unlike d bb desktop manager for bbos where u can back/restore about anything

that means u are on the latest os for ur network, if ur network doesnt have d push for d latest update den u would get d msg u re getting...just post up ur os version it wont cost u anything bros

from ur hub goto settings, email accounts, select d account with d signature, from dere u can change d signature or turn it off completely

eightsin: Mine came with the latest official os. 10.2. And I am yet to even download apps. Just whatsapp I've downloaded...let me observe the network..or maybe I'd change it to 2G

what's d os it came with and how did u know it's d latest, if ur network is not good in ur area, putting it on 3g might turn d phone to a pressing iron

a lot of reason might be causing d heat, might be a bad os, no good network coverage or even some corrupted app, u just have to be observant to know when it happens most and fish out d culprit, when all fails, install d latest official os

cupid4ig: donvitalis u don't need to remove ur battery before ur bis will start working. If it is ur first time of subscribing to Glo bis it will take a little time what u should do is to send status to 777 or dial *777*0# to know ur mb or status of ur bis, if it is showing pending it has not bn activated if it shows u ur mb when when it will expire what u should do is to go to ur network off ur data service and on it back in 5 seconds and ur network will pick up. Even when I was using legacy device that's how I do it I never succumbed to that fallacy of restarting my phone. Btw make sure ur apn is set as blackberry.net

check device monitor for apps hogging ur battery, if unnecessary apps, pls delete

if its the first time time subscribing with the sim u might have to wait for 24 hours to get it activated subsequent subscription activates almost immediately
