Even as you heard Spurs fans celebrating, it won't be all.
Go read up Barca vs Madrid rivalry, Boca Junior and River Plate, Marseille and PSG rivalry. Then you'll know that Spurs own is a child's play.
The day I discovered what led to Man United and Liverpool rivalry I was shocked beyond words.
That rivalry was what made Gerard never to exchange jerseys with any Man United player thru out is career. Gary Neville said, if not for matches that took him to Liverpool, he can never visit the city. Though most of them have relaxed their stands now that they have retired. But that shows you the animosity between this clubs, and it's the fans that carries it most on their heads

I get your point but still the scenario is still diff, until Arsenal celebrate their loss to prevent Tottenham not to win a cup,then I will agree with u.....football rivalry is normal, not exchanging jerseys,not visiting a turf, brawling opponent fans on the street ,these are normal rivalry......
But nowhere has it happened before Tottenham that your team is loosing a champions league spot that's important to team, and you're celebrating with the opponent cos it will prevent your rival from Winning a cup.... that's like low low low of the lowest🤔

In the early 2000 or thereabouts, they were rumor that Spurs players ate food poisoning from a restaurant owned by a gunner fan before a match when they were chasing top 4 and ucl spot. Several first team players fell ill from food poisoning and couldn't play the match which they later lost.
Like I said it was rumor that it was a gunner fan that did it, but the food poisoning was confirmed.
