Acidosis:
If the proceeds from the piece of land is big enough to build a school in another location, then your maternal "village" is not a "village". The cost of a piece of land in a typical village cannot build a school.

Get your own land, for obvious reasons.
smiley Let me use maternal place then

FamilyIs It A Wise Decision? by scentpepper(op): 4:36pm On Sep 04, 2017
Hello all
I'm a lady in my mid twenties. I have a piece of land in my maternal village. So I've decided to sell it off and use the money to develop our own site( build a school). The land is for my husband and I.

The reason of my epistle is that my hubby has two children from another woman (Cheating things).I'm thinking to use the money to build a school on the land or should I go and get my own land in my name?

I'm thinking about the future because his family knows that he has a Land. I don't want a situation after building the school now his family members will now think it's for their brother.

Please if you are in my shoe what would you do?

Before I give my diverse suggestions,

Have you asked yourself the question I want to ask you?
For the 3years you were away from her...who serviced her?
Are you trying to tell me for the 3years nobody treated her sores?
I really doubt that.

Some tribe's deities frown against wife-adultery and offenders are punished with childlessness.
This could be the spiritual cause.

Anxiety could also be a factor....when you are so eager for something; it rarely happens and once you take it off your mind, it comes naturally.
This could be the psychological cause.

It could also be the Lord seeing your future and helping you plan. The country is in a recession, don't you think one child is good enough?
Some people don't even have any. You have one yet you are complaining.
This could be the economical cause.

When you were away from the country were you promiscuous? It's possibly you were and contracted an STI that has made you sterile.
Or you were very rough and have used up your own 15litres of Semen.
This could be the biological and physiological cause.

You can only be sure via one way.
Get a sidechick and see if you are still fertile.
Or get a trusted ally to sleep with your wife when she is most fertile..(the day her 'egg white' is transparent and most stretchy)
Either way, you'd have another child.

What's the fuss anyway? If you're so desperate, you can go to an orphanage and adopt a baby or ask your wife to visit a baby factory at Umungasi in Abia.
This is the logical option.
Nwamaaikpe yaff kill me with laughter here grin

Most wives go into trade or teaching but I must tell you that as the business grows so would the time you spend on keeping it successful grow. The only way to have timw is to do business that woukd allow you take your kids along or dont alliw the business grow too big that it woukd require you making trips and spending time to manage it.

Find some trade to do be it selling merchandise that otgers produce or you produce yours and sell.
Thanks ma'am/sir. I appreciate your comment
FamilyBusiness Idea For A Housewife by scentpepper(op): 12:34pm On Jun 30, 2017
Hello Familylanders
I'm a mother of two wonderful kids. Due to always stressed out (combining work with family) My hubby told me to stop working so that i can have time for the kids.
I told him instead of sitting as a full housewife that i'd like to go into business. He told me to think about the business i can do that wont affect the caring of the family and give him feedback. I've tried google and some websites but couldnt get enough answers so i decided to bring it here

So mummies in the house what business are you into that make you have time for your family

Daddies in the house what business are you wives doing that make them have time for the family.
Please i need matured answer that is why i bring it to family section

TIA

Its good for day care too. You earn daily. If you are a house wife and you are complaining about recession, sorry o.
You charge some daily, weekly or monthly While you smile to the bank. Not everybody have money to send their children to private school. And some parents may want to go to work, market or party. So they leave their kids in your care.
