No, you can authenticate without having credits in either but to get an eligibility letter, you'd need to have credit in both.
Note: you can combine two results to attain both credits.

Carol is telling you she has gotten visa and you're not asking when, how, school or any other questions.
Carol isn't even old enough on the platform to know deep things about the process. If you doubt me ask a tricky question.

Request extension, defer or ask for refund. Don't be too desperate that you get scammed.

One can surely appeal but I don't think anyone wants to go through the emotional stress of waiting 30days just to get denied then appeal.

That's why it's better to get the documents right.

Recently or in the past? Study or others?? If you go to their site now, they've edited student's visa consideration to 15-60 days before planned date of travel.
Also ask people who just submitted additional documents is 2 weeks after submission while collection is a month after.
Please make proper research to avoid being frustrated

Request longer extension, defer or request a refund. It's gonna be one of the above.

You should mail them to give you a longer extension letter because IF you get a date on Monday, you appointment date will be either between 20-23 or 27-30. Embassy decision takes a month. It's safer to present a longer extension to avoid number 8. Remember your documents will still be with them by 15th.

Another safe option is to defer admission to March (that's if your school has March intake)

You do not pay for a full year, you pay to reserve for a full year cos you're requesting a full year's visa.

I booked "National visa other" instead of "National visa study" last 2 weeks
They gave me 30th august to come for the appointment.

Then i got to know i cannot use 'other' for "study" so i decided i dat i was going to book again in d next two weeks

I got lucky i got date and started filling. After i completed the form and saved it it said this

 "more than one form for data provided not permitted"  it was so painful. Because I've been on d portal for over 6 hours.

Pls what could have been the reason?
And pls does anyone know how to cancel visa appointment?

Try booking again when the next window approaches, there's a possibility you couldn't book because your initial appointment date had not passed

Site is now open, I got a date but National Visa - Study is not showing any availability, so I chose National Visa - Others and there are available dates.
I was able to got 15th Sept, funny enough both forms in the study and others are same. Just choose in your purpose of visit as Study which is same in the other National Visa - Study page.

Choosing others is most likely gonna land you a denial
