Poland visa application doesn't make use of bank statements.
You either use a credit card limit certificate or a payslip or both

Depends on the region you're in. Someone's permit came out in two months and a few days (Lubin)
Warsaw takes like 3months (not sure)
Katowice could take longer

Someone once told me it took her 9months

It's really hard coming to this platform to check questions and provide help with the way school has been, I've been here for almost 2 months and damn all I can say is, "nursing isn't for the weak".
I also try to check once a while to see how I can be of help especially to those who are interested in schools I'm familiar with. Hopefully more people get dates and join us here soonest.

So guys i finally landed in Poland after so many hurdles. the journey wasn't an easy one but thank God i made it here. i have been here for three weeks now and o'boi it has been awesome.
This thread has been helpful, if not nairalanders i dont think i would have crossed Nigerian borders.
I am open to questions if there will be any, during my application i was confused at some point when i had no idea but i asked and i was responded to so i wish to return the favor. I wish u guys success.

ps: i'm so engrossed with studies so i might not always be here, in-case i dont respond on time you could email me, but i'll make sure i check back to respond to the best of my knowledge. thanks

Hello People. My collection date was on 15th October, when we got there i was told that my passport is not ready. As usual, they didnt give adequate information how to find out when it will be ready. Abeg what are your experiences. What time frame have u guys experienced. When is it advisable to go back.

Keep going back every day if you can or go on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays as stated.
My passport was given to me the next Tuesday after my supposed collection date

MOE already has the letter format, all you have to do is request it while booking appointment

Put about 3 days in mind though money can get all done in hours

Use individual except the company is where you work and they wanna send you for masters or a short term training in which there'll be a supporting statement (document)

please I have submitted my appeal letter at the embassy. I am suppose to collect my Visa by On the 4th October, 2021. But up till now the embassy kept telling me to come back. No, it wouldn't affect. My passport was with the embassy on the day I put as my departure date. My visa was already even counting.
So long as your resumption date is valid, you have nothing to fear

And like I said the reason for her denial is financial related and not justification of her stay . Her stay has been justified already.

On her appeal sure she can submit an extension letter sure though it will not add or subtract anything in this case trust me.

Take note appeals are made on decisions that have already been decided upon.

This is not a retroactive thing!!!! This is an appeal NOT a new application.

As I stated earlier her denial for number 3 has nothing to do with extension letter.

I didn't say it had to do with extension letter but then maybe you should read to comprehend instead of reading to reply.

She can even submit her appeal without an extension letter coś she's resuming 25th (Vistula). I'd love to see someone resuming 1st try to submit thiers without it though........ So we can run a little experiment

A letter must be dated. If the notorization lawyer is gonna add date too then it should be same day notorization or the lawyer could just decide to not add date

Sorry to hear about your denial. First of All I will tell u flat I believe your denial has NOTHING to do with the date on your sponsorship letter not tallying with the date it was notarized. A sponsor can decide to type out a letter of sponsorship on one day and notarize at a later date . I do not see anything wrong with that and I believe they embassy doesn’t see anything wrong with that either.

On the other hand please note when you get a denial based on number 3. It’s due to ONE of the following reasons:

- Insufficient funds (I.e funds were not enough to cover your expenses)

- embassy was unable to verify your financial documents.

- you did not provide complete financial documents

- you did not provide the correct financial documents

- you provided scan copies of your financial documents instead of the original as requested by the embassy (e.g u provided certificate of employment or CC or sponsorship letter as a scan copy and not the original )

Number 3 has nothing to do with extension letter so please forget about extension letter in your case,

Need to see your financial docs to advise further.

Embassy now takes note of date on sponsorship letter and notorization. They have returned a couple of people. Try to update yourself on requirements please.

Then the part that you said number 3 has nothing to do with extension letter is a bit true untill the embassy gives fresh denial for number 8 seeing resumption time has gone. I've seen it happen

By now, we should all know the website is a scam. It’s either you join the group that pays for date (make sure it’s legit though) or you ask for refund/deferment from your school.

Even though, you defer till February/March 2022, that’s only few months away, are we even sure the embassy/website would act better then!!!!

Some schools even give extension to November, remember the embassy takes about 4weeks after visa interview to give a decision on your visa, how does the extension even help? One needs to get a date before October 1st to be able to meet up the extension deadline of let’s say 1st or 11th November.

Our lives can’t be halted like this. Make a decision today, maybe ask for a refund and check other affordable and straight forward countries (but then, nothing in this country Nigeria is straight forward, God help us!!) and this time, spread your nets wider....

The only school I saw giving 20th November is WSEI Lublin.
Most gave earlier date and it's even trickier getting a visa once one has started online classes

Click "register form" once you get through, it'll lead you straight to the form. No need for a fill-in-form if the register form is correctly filled

Make sure your payslip is verifyable, pay attention to the net pay (after all deductions have been made).
If you're adding CC, make sure it's a certificate of credit card limit and not a reference letter.
Get sponsor letters from both sponsors, make sure they are notorized. Also pay attention to the dates (the notorization date should tally with the date the letter was written). Make sure the notorization lawyer signs.
The name on CC or employment certificate should match the name of the person writing the sponsor letter.
If you're using employment certificate, make sure it's recently issued.


Write an appeal letter stating why you were denied and what you've done to remedy it. You can add other documents if you see that time is running out and by the time they answer you, your resumption date would have elapsed so as to avoid number 8

Insurfisient fund, the money in your cc or payslip is low for the city you are going that means you have to increase it, eg, if you used cc of 6m before now you have to increase it to 8m or 9m.

For payslip, if you use payslip of 500k after tax, now you have to add another person payslip of like 400k up or add it with cc 5m up but it depends on the city and program you are going for.

I really donno where you people get your info from. A Cc of 6m will fly. Being denied for number 3 means there is something wrong with at least one of the fiinancial documents you tendered.
