If i coin a domain from a state or city that has over 200k population or more and add an adjective like (-ly) to it...will it make sense for a sale? e.g.

Please I tried registering a domain with godaddy to enjoy the £0.99 for first reg... But at the check out, I saw £1.19 ,looking closer I saw the extra charges came from taxes... Please has it been like this for every one that has successfully enjoyed the first timer reg offer of £0.99? Should I go ahead or there is way to just paying £0.99 for the domain without the charges from tax?

This is funny, I keep outing outbound mail from a seller because I own the singular and it doesn't make sense, the owner have to plural which make more sense and he's sending me mails.

I believe that the person is a Nigerian because I have received two mails from him with different foreign names.

Guys I registered a name at directnic during the recent promo. I outbound and an end user is interested.

NB: I was ignorant of the fact that the domain can't be pushed or transferred till 60 days.

Does that mean I can't sell it now?
Or what's the way forward
