I use PayPal, and two other Nigerian bank. If is a Master card ATM CARD go ahead and use it.

It's okay. Wait for there mail. Once you get the mail, 3 - 5 working days from the date of Afternic mail, you will get an alert from your bank.

Please can anyone lend me an elaborate guide on how it works, how long it takes to receive payment with the bank wire options directly to your bank account from Afternic. And again if i have to choose NAIRA or USD as the currency option.

It will take you 3 - 5 working days after Afternic has posted, to get it in your Nigeria account.

Bot Banned twice now for reporting a sale.

I guess there's something you're doing wrong.
* At the box(field) for Name, enter your name the way it's registered with your bank.
* At the field for BIN/SWIFT Code, enter your banks SWIFT Code and not the bank BIN.
* At the field for Account Number/IBAN, enter your account number (10 digits).
* At the field for Bank Name, enter the name of your bank e.g. WEMA Bank plc.

Note: get your banks SWIFT Code and not the BIN.

I'm a newbie here who is yet to make a sale. But comparing Epik and DAN's landing page, I think epik's is alluring so I choosed it.
During my training, my mentor, iykepromotions, recommended DAN as landing page, which going by different sales testimonies on this thread has proved the most effective. All the sales report I've been seeing here, none has been from epik. So I've been looking for the slightest conviction to change nameserver for my domains. So I was very happy when I saw your post. But I think you are ignorant about the estibot's appraisal display.

I will agree with you on ONE thing though. So many views but no offer. Epik needs to up their game in that regards.

But do you know there is an option to show or hide domain statistics like Alexa ranking, estibot value, etc.? You probably ticked the show domain statistics while listing it hence, the reason it is displaying those stats which is not favorable to your domain sale . Mine doesn't show that. You can Check up Vegas/\Real/\Estates and Austin/\Airs (both in King) to confirm.

Why I will be changing my nameservers from epik to other registrars.

After doing series of outbounds, I discovered one of my epik parked domain has over 40 marketplace visits (epik shows you number of park vists, whois check and marketplace visits for your domain names). Yet no one proceeded to buy. Price was also attractive. So recently I decided to prob further.

My discovery:
Epik displays estibot appraisal for every domain in its marketplace. The implication of this is that when a buyer vists the marketplace to purchase your name, they see the estibot appraisal (epik shows them) , which isn't a true reflection of the domain value. Imagine your name priced at $350 and epik-estibot appraisal is $50 or even $0. As it is in my case for one of my domains.

Aside the estibot appraisal, they also show some other stats about your domain which can inhibit sales.

Is this the reason I just see visit on the whois, & parked and no visit on the market via my performance page on epik.

I just dey blow data dey outbound.

Please who else has this challenge. When I try to list my domain on squadhelp, under their basic or basic plus listing, the minimum I'm required to input is $750. Is it that no domain on squadhelp is sold lower than that price? This has been a huge challenge for me as I'm at a loss at how to list my domains for sale at a lower price on their platform. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Congratulations to all those who made sales last month. I'm yet to make my first sale but I'm hopeful.

That's the lowest you can list on squadhelp, cos there cut after sales is $300 & $400 on Basic and Basic Plus respectively, Premium is more.
So use other marketplaces if you want to list for a lower price.

Please house what is grace deletion? O bought a domain I wanted to list it I was told the domain was in grace deletion. Can some one ecplain pls?

Someone bought it and is asking for a refund.
Grace Deletion is typically 5days for a dot com and if the name is still on queue (more names waiting) and not attended to till the grace expires, the owner will have to keep the Domain Name.
