It is cheaper and risk-free than doing it yourself.

But if you've got the will and might to do it yourself, a simple google search will lead you right.

One thing I noticed though when I once tried to flash a Tecno phone years back (a P5+ I think), I notice the models have variants. So you may need this info too to know which flash file to download.

Please, it will help me in my estimate, is it concrete decking before zinc roofing or just zink roof with parapet.

Nice concept OP, I'm not a builder/Engineer, but have you spared a thought that the cost of reinforced concrete (decking) as roof could outweigh the cost of doing a modern zinc roof?

i heard roofing a house cost almost 1.5m so for that i would go without roofing, still looks more futuristic, before Nigerians will starting building such house, it will take around 10 - 15 years to come...

Even when good plans are drawn and prepared on paper, useless government officials will collect kickbacks and turn their eyes away from illegal structures and construction that litter places like Lagos and other commercial cities.

Until there are punitive measures embedded in our laws for failure to ensure proper planning and sanitary services nationwide, we are going nowhere! Real development will remain a campaign mantra for every electoral hopeful regardless of political parties.
