Things to note before the usual emotional tribe get their hopes high:

South West- There's no state Atiku can get up to 10% of the votes.

South South- There is no state as presently constituted, that Atiku can get up to 10% of votes cast.

South East: There is not state here, Atiku will see up to 10% of the votes cast.

NORTH Central; With the exception Niger state( Where Atiku can get up to 25% of the votes) there is nothing for him in this Zone...The other 5 states here are firmly APC.

North West and North East ( Atiku will win handsomely here with born to rule mentality of the hausa fulani,) but that wont be enough to compete with Tinubu when the Numbers are added.

SUMMARY:
Atiku will only make 25% in about 15 states, while Tinubu is projected to make at least 25% in 32 states and Abuja!

Same way una talk say Obi mo go get 100k votes. Let's see what happens. If Obi runs Solo, nothing for Tinubu in SS and SE. He will win the SW and north Central while Atiku will win North East and West, last last we will count

This time around a spoiler for Tinubu because tinubu is banking on southern votes to emerge. Obi will win the South as usual while Atiku will win core north. Tinubu will win only north central. We will be alright at the end.

First time I heard of this fellow was when I was with a friend that had a vistor, an igbo chap. That was just after the elections when Obi was electee governor. In the discussions I asked who was the unknown to me fellow that became governor in a state controlled by strong forces. There are people like that who it can be verified that that were already wealthy with known source before entering politics unlike those like wike, oga at the top, apabio etc who have spent their whole working life in politics and are now extremely wealthy with no know source of income. Imagine such people managing the country, no wonder we are where we are today.
