I had the same problem too. Just got a mail confirmation from npower now despite not receiving the successful application submission page. What it means is that your mail has already been registered in their database. If you have filled the online form successfully to the last page and didn't get a confirmation, just give it some time

please what are the questions asked? Do they need BVN?

Do they demand BVN or bank account number during registration? How can someone get it's BVN without visiting the bank because by bank is not close by. Thanks
