She was stamped in 6 months.

Thank to Baba God i was scared cus we changed POE from Huston To san Fransisco.we filled Huston in the Form we had to change to California for her to get helping hand with my cuz.

hello guys ,the medium have been very helpful my wife traveled on emirate on sat to CA have our second Baby ,got our PTA from stanbic 4KUSD.Mr Femi was helpful.She got to the POE she was asked just 2 questions .What she came for and what shes doing in Naija .she got stamped in 6months

Hello guys my wife got her visa after two rounds of interview.thanks to everyone that helped out in putting the docs together the docs corespondence and budget sheet.

She's due in June and hoping to travel in April.but we will like to change her final destination from Texas to California there we have family to help out.do we need to write the embassy about this

Thanks for all your support my wife got her visa .

She just showed the burden of prove to the visa Officer and he told her to come back for her visa.

What i want to know now is we are looking at her travelling to California as against the Texas she mentioned during the interview .

Do we need to write letter of intent as well.

We submitted through the DHL on monday 8th Feb , she was callled to come for another interview today.what could they want again this time what other tins do we need to go with ,

Did you just get to know this site today after your interview?
Nobody can get you doctors correspondence except you. You need to do some work. And for budget sheet, find sample as attachment here

this is what i have fro Dr Douglas and its written there that its just the Obstetrician fee. i have mailed him to give me a full cost breakdown

So Sorry about the refusal ,aint you suppose to do a drop box to renew or how long has your visa expired .

I think you can reapply almost immediately but let the gurus in the house explain to you .

Had my visa interview today and was denied. Was applying for an entry visa to deliver my second child in the US

Went with my little daughter

Interview went thus
VO: why do you want to travel to the Us
Me: To give birth to my second child in the US
VO: which state are you travelling to
Me:Houston Texas
vo: Where do you work
me:......
Vo: Where does your husband work
Me:.......
VO: have you contacted a Doctor
Me: yes and passed forward doctor n hospital relevant documents and budjet sheet
VO: where will you be staying after delivery of the child
Me: with my sister n her family
VO: How much does it cost to give birth in houston
Me: $13000 (which was the cost of the whole trip not only hospital cost)
VO: Do you have any bank statements to support this
Me: passed forward mine n hubbys statements
VO: you have this amt, (which was a little above the naira equivalent for $13000) does that mean all the funds you have is waht you intend to use for this trip
Me: That is what we have set aside at the moment but we expect other allowances to be paid to us during the course of the year
VO: Am sorry you arent eligible for enty visa to the us at this time n hands me a blue paper.

MY questions:
I presume the denial was cos my funds was the exact equivalent of $13000. Can anyone shed more insight into this

Am already 4 months plus gone how soon can i re-apply again ( read 6 months somewhere in the thread)

hope women is the office of the Dr Adaiha Ezekiel he delivers at Oak Bend Hospital ,But i have a fee from Doctor Douglas the resident Obsterician in Oakbend should i use that .Instead @LadyGuinivere.

Also i still need a pediatrician to give me a fee Please.

Obsteric care fee,
Hospital Fee
Anethesiologist fee

What i need now is contact of a pediatrician who will take care of the Baby at Oakbend for me to conclude my Budget sheet .

I attended my visa interview today at the Lagos Embassy ,i have intention of delivering my baby in the US ,am 5 months gone .The VO told asked me if i want to go and deliver and i said yes.He asked of my statement of acct and i gave to her , she handed a note to me telling to come back with the list of the following items

Budget Sheet

Correspondence with the Hospital in Texas( I told her Oak Bend )

My Statement of Account .( I can get )

Can anyone help with item 1&2.

She said i can bring it anytime i have them .
