PoliticsRe: Al-mustapha Reacts To Obj's Letter To GEJ by segnys007(m): 3:04am On Dec 26, 2013
luvscholar: Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, former Chief Security Officer to late Head-of-State, Gen. Sani Abacha, has challenged ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo, to a public debate on any issue concerning Nigeria.
Al-Mustapha threw the challenge in an interview with the Hausa Service of the Voice of America, monitored in Abuja, on Wednesday.
The former CSO was reacting to news reports about portions of a letter written by Obasanjo to President Goodluck Jonathan, alleging that snipers were being trained in North Korea.
He explained that he was not around when Obasanjo’s letter became public, but read about it in the media.
The military officer said ex-President Obasanjo knows that he knows Nigeria as much as he (Obasanjo) knows the country. As such, he was ready to face the former President anywhere in the world to discuss Nigeria.
Al-Mustapha said “first of all, he (Obasanjo) did not mention me by name in his letter. Secondly, he knows that “I know Nigeria as much as he does, if he has something to tell me, I want him to come out and tell me straight.
“He should ask me or challenge me, I challenge him to (discuss) anything about Nigeria that he wants to talk about even long before he became Head-of-State (1976-1979), I am ready to meet him in public anywhere in the world”.
Responding to a specific question on allegations that he was privy to the on-going training of snipers, Al-Mustapha swore that there was nothing of the sort.
The former CSO said he is a Muslim and has over the years facilitated the recruitment of northerners into security agencies and has never been involved in anything to betray the north.
Al-Mustapha also said he has forgiven all those who harmed him during his travails.
He observed that people who did not fear God find it difficult to understand how sincere he is when he said he has forgiven all.
He accused an unnamed individual based in Kaduna, for spreading falsehood about his person and his activities.
According to him, from 1974 till date, there have been so many secrets that encouraged lies to cover the truth. This, he said could be cleared up if Obasanjo takes up the challenge to face him in public.

Obasanjo in a public debate with you? Are you out of your mind? Ok, you never betray the north, but you can betray the rest of the country? I think you should be the one to ask for forgiveness from people you ordered their bread winners killed.
PoliticsRe: Gej And All Fec Members To Donate 30% Of Their Salary by segnys007(m): 2:52am On Dec 26, 2013
nuclearboy: grin. What would 30% of their salaries do when allowances alone exceed one Billion? Who would trust that an announced "donation" is not followed by a quietly applied increase in "allowances"?

Way its going, this seems not a quarrel about fuel subsidy but one about corruption, wrong priorities and greed in high places!

You want a proposal? Okay, let them reduce national recurrent expenditure from 72% to 45% across board! Let the NASS reduce their total pay package by 70%! 30% of at least 20 million each is still 3 million per month. That is enough for "public SERVANTS". The pesident can bloody well feed himself and family and there is no frigging need for every dunce in govt to have an official trained with Nigerian funds, stand behind him always - let those policemen go to work as detectives etc rather than as ADCs.

Govt uses too much fuel on escort cars. Let ministers pay for their fuel and only the president and VP be fueled by the country. And 10 cars is enough for ANY motorcade rather than dozens and 5 mile long road blocks.

When such as these are seen, the man on the street will feel easy but right now, gej supporters feel they have been lied to and cheated and won't listen to "palliatives" such as a fake 30% "donation" out of Billions
what you have suggested ain't happening here! This is Nigeria o!
PoliticsRe: A Special Message From The Minister Of Works by segnys007(m): 2:45am On Dec 26, 2013
gregg2: APC propagandist will be looking for a way to pull this man down in thier desperate attempt to pull down all hard working ministers in GEJ's cabinet.

First, it was Alison Madueke, then Arumah Oteh, later Okonjo-Iweala, and again Stella Oduah. But God will see all of them through, Amen.
then by your comment you are a pdp propagandist yourself! obviously, you think it is a sin to criticize your ministers, irrespective of their actions. You think Stella Oduah Should be given an award for spending the money she did NOT hhave the Power to spend? huh?
PoliticsRe: Defection: We Can’t Declare Reps Seats Vacant, INEC Tells PDP by segnys007(m): 1:31pm On Dec 23, 2013
Iyegbu: This is not an issue to worry the PDP, there's absolutely no way those 37 defected PDP lawmakers won't forfeit their seats.
where were you when Governor Orji of Abia state moved from PPA to PDP?
PoliticsRe: Defection: We Can’t Declare Reps Seats Vacant, INEC Tells PDP by segnys007(m): 1:06pm On Dec 23, 2013
DerideGull: If the aforementioned defections were nationally uniform rather than represent the known evil axis, I would have given it a benefit of doubt. Nobody makes progress in democracy through political party defection. It is a mark of political irresponsibility and symptoms of vacillation prohibited in the exercise of democracy. However, I guess Nigerians will rely on the dictates of 1999 Constitution pertaining to defection.
are you saying you never heard of defection from other parties to PDP before? Curiously, the dictates of the constitution was not followed when people were moving to PDP.
PoliticsRe: Defection: We Can’t Declare Reps Seats Vacant, INEC Tells PDP by segnys007(m): 12:50pm On Dec 23, 2013
ojimbo: Johnathan is not a fool like obasanjo and buhari who opens their mouth all the time to talk rubbish like some of niaralanders, wait till 2015 and see what God will surely do for his people, GEJ is chosen one by God, so any attempt to oppose him is an attempt on your God, let me learn from him and keep quiet and wait and see the work of God for nigeria
so it's God's aim to destroy Nigeria? So God would watch Nigeria get destroyed just to favor Jonathan? What are you smoking?
PoliticsRe: Defection: We Can’t Declare Reps Seats Vacant, INEC Tells PDP by segnys007(m): 9:49am On Dec 23, 2013
drnoel: ma broda do u mind people here that don´t read in between the lines. The constitution states it very clear that those sits are forfeit. No wonder GEJ is not even bordering himself.
do you think this is the first time a member of NASS would cross to another party? How come the constitution was not interpreted to declare vacant their seats before now?
PoliticsRe: Mass Defection To Hit PDP Again by segnys007(m): 6:15pm On Dec 22, 2013
Shine It: Don't be a schmuck bro, you people believe anyone in APC is progressive. Obasanjo is now a progressive, abeg let me finish my jollof rice ja re.
I think you're the Schmuck here o. Moving to Apc did make them thieves they were thieves even when they were at PDP.
PoliticsRe: Mass Defection To Hit PDP Again by segnys007(m): 2:59pm On Dec 22, 2013
judiciarypalava: Over ambitious, selfish, hopeless and very wicked representa'thieves'. They think we will remain fools forever. It is only in a fooled state like Imo state in SE that they will think APC. Surely any of the house of thieves members that defects to APC is politically doomed like Ngige. APC that their agenda is basically to unseat PDP and Islamize this country. APC a combination of ACN and ANPP, a keg of gun powder waiting to explode after trickishly allowing then to stupidly join them. The major reason for their defection is 2015 ambition, instead of them to work themselves into the hearts of the voters they are so accupied with alligning with the so called APC headed by thieves. Lets see 2015 drama as it unfolds.
your comment is strange. When they were at PDP they were ok, right? Now that they moved to apc they are now house of thieves? Nice logic there, mate nice logic.
PoliticsRe: Mass Defection To Hit PDP Again by segnys007(m): 2:51pm On Dec 22, 2013
Shine It: And you want him to remain tied to the apron strings of these people we've spent 53yrs trying to free ourselves from. If you were not a shmuck you'd have realized its good breaking the hold these barawo clique have on us.

Except you want to be ruled by Obj's grandchildren and Ibb's great grandchildren.
pls enlighten me, what has he, Jonathan done to suggest he's different from "these barawo clique"?
PoliticsRe: Mass Defection To Hit PDP Again by segnys007(m):
StoneColdBiceps: Nigeria my beloveth country., why are we so quick to forget divine events that happened just like yesterday...I'm not a party person but I always base my convictions on common sense and simple truth! Whether politicians decamp or not is their problem. We all know how Jonathan became president, don't we? The man is not on d seat at his own will he was placed there in a devine way...jonathan is like Isreal...the bible says, a thousand shall fall at thy right hand and ten thousand at thy side but it will not come near thee only with thy eyes will thou see the reward of the wicked. psalm 91. Nigerian politics is the same. Same people and all. I will witness another devine favor.
Oga, Jonathan is not Isreal abeg. It was just coincidence that events happened and he became president. And since you are quoting from the bible, what happened to Saul? What happened to the divinity in his rise to power? Unless you are saying, it's devine favor to condone cluelessness , mediocrity to destroy Nigeria just to favor this "Isreal "
