But Right Now, if i was to put myself in his shoes like ( I imagine being an employee that is struggling at executing tasks in the workplace or Job, will i QUIT? NOOOO. if you do, what will you tell your Family when u go BROKE and have bills to pay?. YOUR Family will now Criticize you too),

So, the Solution is: i will Just Keep Trying to Improving myself and ignore the Noise (very Difficult i know)

For me, when something isn’t working after trying hard to make it work, I do 2 things to fix the situation.

1. Quit or,
2. Try something else, with new approach.

Sometimes quitting isn’t necessary a failure, unless in Nigeria. Maguire should have enough finances to set up multi billion dollar business domiciled all across the world. If he chooses to leave football, he will still be rich.

Maguire will never be a better player again, he will only get worst, age is not on his side too. Fans don’t want him, he is a meme
