obazuwa: Yes why are they not assisting each other ? Last time Ngozi Nwosu was sick, they came out to disturb us the buyers of their films for assistance, but Gov. Raji Fashola came to her rescue. Just last week Pa. Kasumu is seeking for our assistance for a heart problem, the same Raji Fashola has also came to his rescue. What now baffles me is that, does it mean that the film actors and Actresses don't assist each other,? With all the huge amount of money they get from movies. Does it mean that they can not contribute 200 to 300 thousand naira to assist each other whenever any of them is going through medical difficulties. Despite they bring joy to homes but the people in these homes buy their films with their hard earned money. So they should be corporations amongst them.hmmmm you have hit the nail on the head. |

And about the picture of Jesus, there is a particular picture that even a child born yesterday recognises as Jesus. |

I was in Jos on official assignment, when it was Sunday I decided to look for a church to worship, I came across this very big billboard of a ministry with the pastor and his wife posed on it, so I decided to worship there, when I entered I discovered that the place was empty, the ushers quickly welcomed me like a VIP. I was not comfortable, I counted those of us that where in the church, we were just 24,including the pastor his wife and family. Those days Billboards are used to pass message, but now you will see a mighty billboard where the pastor and his wife will pose on more than half space of the billboard leaving just a little space for the church information. You don't used to see Jesus picture on billboards again, what you see now is a pastor and his heavily make up wife posing on it not minding whether their congregation is 4 members. I believe in go into the world and preach the word. Some will use their billboards to block junctions, that will now make it very difficult for you to see the oncoming vehicle when you are driving. Pls share your own thoughts here. |

The way churches are springing up from every angle, in most cases you will see there different denominations occupying a two storey building, especially RCCG that plants their parishes like it's going out of service. In some streets you will see up to three RCCG parishes, while in some of these parishes you will see just 15 members, then why all these. I believe if churches are made to pay Tax, it will reduce the idea of where a man takes up a pastoral job to quickly open a church just to be called General Overseer instead of looking for job. So pls let's share ideas. E |

I was in benin just recently,i was suprised to see how churches have sprung all over the whole area in benin,as this is going on, so sacrifice at T. Junctions is realy increasing by the day . What i am trying to point out is,wjat are these churches doing about putting a stop to all the idolatary and sacrifices around T. Junctions. There was this sacifice i saw at a T. Junction,on this very T. Juncton there is a church building there. So why do we keep on having churches around the whole area if they can not eradicate idolatary from our system. |
