Actually, before a man departs to the grave, he already knows whether he is heading to paradise or eternal flame.

*100* *YEARS* *FROM* *NOW* *!* *!* *!*

100 years from now will be the year 2122.
By then, every single reader of this piece will be underground, our bodies having become part of the soil.
During that time, our fate in respect to paradise or hell would have been made known to us.

Meanwhile above the soil, our houses that were left behind would have become either homes for others or demolished for better structures. Our clothes would have become destroyed or rags for others and replaced by more recent trends; our cars will be on display as historical artifacts by others or recycled for more advanced technology.

But for us, we will be, for the most part, never thought about by anyone again.


Think of it, how often do you think about your great grandfather? How often does your great grandmother cross your mind?.

You see!

Our presence here on earth today, that presence that we make so much noise about and shed so many tears for, was preceded by countless generations before us and shall be followed by countless generations after us.

Every generation that passes through this world barely finds the time to take a glance at the world, before needing to bid it farewell and handing over the baton, having not fulfilled even a fraction of their ambitions.

Our lives are, in reality, far shorter than we imagine.

In 2122, every one of us will realise from within the grave just how worthless this world actually was, and how trivial those dreams were that we centred on.

In 2122, every one of us will be wishing that we had dedicated our lives to great matters of God, doing His bid, and devoted ourselves to doing good deeds, particularly those that continue to benefit us after our death.

In 2122, some reading this piece will be screaming out, but in vain:
“Lord return me! Give me another chance, so that I may have another opportunity to live for you ..”
The response to this request, however, shall be:
“No! and behind them is now a barrier until that Great Day."


In 2122, many will be in regret, saying:
“I wish that I had prepared for life after my journey on earth.

Let us reappraise ourselves, for surely what happened to those we talk of, heard of and read of will surely happen to us. Let us take advantage of today while it is called TODAY.

Tomorrow is not yours until it comes. And keeping our faith in God is the ONLY way out.

ANOTHER DNA PROBLEM

Breaking News!!!

A 61year old retired banker Chief Segun Balogun who lives in Lekki secretly did DNA test for his 4 kids, the results came out negative for all of them - 3 boys and 1 girl.

The test was carried out at a popular hospital in Victoria Island.

He became so angry that he beat the children mercilessly, threw them out of the house and told them that he is not their father.

The wife Kemi, came back from market, on reaching home she didn't see any of the children.

She asked her husband the whereabouts of the kids, the next thing she saw was a knife in her husband's hand, before she could run, it was too late.

She saw herself falling to the ground with blood oozing out from her neck.

Neighbours who were attracted by the shouts and commotion held down the man and rushed the woman to the hospital, while the police were invited.

While Segun was writing statement inside the DPO's office, the DPO checked his phone and saw 20 missed calls from same number.

Segun could not recognize the unsaved number when it was shown to him but while they were contemplating whether to return the call, the phone ran again and he was prevailed upon to pick the call - it was the hospital which had been trying to reach him since he collected the DNA result.

It turned out that due to mis-tag he was handed the wrong result.

His was positive all through, meaning all his children belong to him!

The man shouted, what?!!!

A mistake or what did you say?!!

Tears ran from his eyes, his hands began to shake.

To compound matters two of his friends dashed in from the hospital where the wife was rushed, to announce she gave up the ghost 15 minutes earlier.

He thought of his dead wife and the children he threw into the street, and his body started shaking so violently that he fainted.

Alas, Guess what!?

When he opened his eyes he was sweating profusely but lying on his bed in his room,
IT WAS ALL BUT A DREAM!!!

* NAKED & VULNERABLE

All souls will be naked, bare and vulnerable before him. No public or political office will matter! There shall be no male or female before him as we shall all stand on that cue to be judged according to our works on earth.

The category of institution you attended or worked for won't count on that cue. The number(s) of degrees you amassed while alive on earth won't amount to anything. By this time, the flesh will be long gone. No more vices of the world.

All souls will be there vulnerable to the judgement of our maker. Ethernal life or ethernal damnation? Which one is it for you? Your monies in the bank, the pussy and dick that leads to fornication and adultery will not be there for our compensation or satisfaction.

Mortal life ends after physical death, but ethernal life begins after physical death. When we die off from here, we begin to live over there. Heaven and hell is real. Do not be deceived. Do not be carried away. These days shall pass away someday for his day of judgement to be introduced.

May we mend our ways and be prepared for that day.

Life is as a filtration system, a transitional realm for mortals with souls. In fact, life is a filtration mechanism. It is my opinion that, God created life and birthed man into it to filter out souls unfit to be bestowed with the gift of ethernal life.
