Job Description Assistant General Manager (Sales & Marketing). Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. 2. Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Representatives 3. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. 4. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. 5. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. 6. Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Representatives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Representative’s sales and activity performance. 7. Provides timely feedback to Group Managing Director regarding performance. 8. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect printing job submitted for quotation, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. 9. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Representatives. Qualifications and requirements • Bsc, OR HND in any related field; • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to be aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do, and to persuade others to change their negative minds or behavior. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Experience in the printing/printing press industry is a must • 5-7 years of experience in sales management. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. • Integrity — Job requires being honest and ethical. • Dependability — Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. • Achievement/Effort — Job requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks. • Leadership — Job requires a willingness to lead, takes charge, and offer opinions and direction. • Initiative — Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. JOB DESCRIPTION SALES MANAGER (3rd HAND OF GOD) Brief description The position of sales manager (3rd hand of God) consists of advertising Heal The World Mission Inc. as a Non Denominational Christian Charity Organization with the mandate “Trading Covenant Secrets to Raise Prosperous families and People for Kingdom exploits”; presenting her product (3rd hand of God) and service (Scholarship support) to prospective partners (Corporate Organizations & Individual). Tasks • Reporting to Mission President/Director Mission Affairs as it may be required • Confer with potential partners regarding covenant practices and advise partners on how they can become a partner to the Mission either on Scholarship Sponsorship or giving towards Help to the Needy. • Self direct and coordinate activities involving increasing number of partners. • Prepare departmental budgets and secure approval • Resolve partners complaints • Quarterly review operational records and reports to Mission President/DMA • Maintain update record of all existing partners • Plan one on one sales meeting with prospective partners (Corporate Organization & individual) • Design effective correspondence with all partners • Prepare/submit monthly activity report • Plan in line with the President the annual 3rd Hand of God Lecture/Luncheon Qualifications and requirements • Bsc, HND or National Diploma; Competencies (in order of importance) • Integrity — Job requires being honest and ethical. • Dependability — Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. • Achievement/Effort — Job requires establishing and maintaining personally challenging achievement goals and exerting effort toward mastering tasks. • Leadership — Job requires a willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction. • Initiative — Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
