I can't remember the last time i used free to air,you go pay installer today after few weeks channels will stop working and you will have to call installer again 😂😂😂, nothing will make me go back to free to air satellite again. Na starlink and fibre X i dey use now with free streaming app

The most annoying one is that even people that just want to sell personal used item will have to pay for just to list the ad that is not a promoted one oo. I just want to sell one single used stuff and i will have to pay ,NO NO NO T FOR THANK.✌️

There's a threshold on the numbers of free store credit you can get. If the system notices you've been getting lots of credits, they'll stop giving you (till the threshold resets). This is to curb unnecessary abuse of the service

So how do i know the threshold?
Cos this is like the second time i complained about issue?

Omo since Nigerians started working as starlink customer service,to get free credit now is WAR even when there's genuine concern and real issues.

I don't know why starlink Nigerian customer service representative always handle my starlink issues,nawaaa ooo.

Is there a way or an app one can use in monitoring the usage of the fiberx.

I don't think there's a way you will know unless you are using third party router or Access point.

My basic plan of 50mps is not accurate. I was downloading a file of 60mb. If my speed is 50mps then in 2 secs my files should be downloaded, but it took me about 20mins.

Also the wireless name from the router display a 5g ssid and a 4g ssid. Am i suppose to turn off the 4g?

Mbps is not same as MB/S do some googling

Tbh 1gbps speeds should be for businesses. As average consumers, we need cheaper plans more than 1gbps speeds.
You'd need a performance dish to even reach that speed.

Again for most household, 100Mbps speed is enough

All these their new products release no concern me,make they shaa push their network to hit 1gbps or close to 1gigabit speed peak or maybe stable and steady 400mbps to 700mbps download and also better upload speed.

If you have good speed and your streaming is poor,then the issue is from the streaming platform. Like my twitter app videos don't play smoothly but other apps are good.

Omo i no sure say i go come back oo, Fibre x is good ooo, atleast it's working for now 😂😂 and very stable. My starlink dey rest for now waiting for the launch of v3 satellite.

Omo i can't relate with you guys right now,i don port to mtn fibre x since 24th June, it has been working fine since then ,still testing it shaa.

This mtn Fibre x is overhyped,to me it does not really Worth it,it may be something good in South West States like Lagos but not really really impressive in the Eastern part of the country.

I am a starlink user,so i decided to try fibre x because they just installed in my street,to be very honest i am really really NOT impressed with what i got. I thought mtn Fibre x latency is a one digit number like from 9ms down. Why am i getting 23 sometimes 35ms.



I subscribed to the 100mbps plan but i don't know if i feel alright about this 100mbps,it feels kind of slow performance. I think i am going back to Starlink,maybe i expected too much from fibre x.

What latency number are you guys getting?
One thing i like about mtn fibre x is that it's energy efficient compare to Starlink.

Yeah,you are right but i don't like my billing date, I make money monthly, mostly on the 28th and 29th day, I can't afford to have my bank account debited on other days except 30th day,so i make sure i manually pay for my starlink in the late evening of 29th at around 11pm or so.

I prefer Manuel,i like to have control over the debit😎.They Always try to debit my account too early and multiple try. I like as i have control over the debit.

Una wey dey complain about starlink debit this and that,for me i do not really understand starlink debit structure so what I did is to dedicate one of my bank account Gtbank for starlink payment Only. My service is disconnected every 30th of the month at around 4am,so what i do every month is to send in 58k into that account on 29th day ,then i will use my starlink account to manually click pay and the money will be deducted,rinse and repeat on the next month😎...
