AliExpress that is having refund issue, just pray and hope you receive your refund.

I use opay to recieve my last refund. It was with the same opay I made payment for it. I always use opay for all my transaction in aliexpress.

Okay thanks for your response, i am still hopeful waiting for my refund. Latest update; They said my refund has been approved and processing that i will receive it in 1 -10 business days to my account. Let's see how it goes.

The twice refund issue you had, were either of them refunded with coupon or money to the original payment method used(bank card)?

I guess you are getting that response email because you failed to approve the refund via coupon within the time frame

I accepted the coupon refund offer Which they acknowledged and I still haven't received the coupon refund or normal refund ,all of a sudden i received this message. I will continue to disturb their customer agent until they refund me or ban my account.

People here saying Amazon Amazon,when is this Amazon alternative to Starlink coming into existence. I am very ready to port if their monthly payment is cheaper and network is unlimited. That's the main reason why i have not bought Starlink gen 3. Waiting for Amazon to see if they offer better than Starlink.

Last year when i was using dollar cards, refunds took 1 month. Another fast one is opay, but i've only gotten a refund through it on temu. I don't think it took up to 24 hours.

Now that there's nothing i want to order at the moment,none of my friends want to order anything at the moment. Well like i said before the coupon will be useless for me at this point, I have told them to refund to the original payment method that was used or refund me through crypto trc20 usdt, i am waiting for their response. The coupon option is very useful to me. I have already purchased the said product from local store so coupon is very useful at this point.

I don't think I will be using AliExpress again expecially on big orders, AliExpress is becoming scary on refund. Never again for expensive orders.

Hello guys please help, AliExpress is offering to refund me through coupon but i don't need to purchase anything from AliExpress again cos i have already purchased the said product from local store, if i reject this coupon will i still get my money refunded back to my account?

I have complained to them ,they said the issue has been escalated and i should wait 3-20 days to see the refund, but i will keep disturbing them every 3days.

Be careful guys , AliExpress is in a very big REFUND problem, if you are thinking of cancelling your order think twice ooo. Imagine waiting for AliExpress refund processing to be completed but ended up failed. Please who has been in this situation before?.
