My lovely people in the house please i need your advice:

My middle name was written as " Shola " on my land doc (deed & survey) instead of " Sola " as on my credentials & Int'l passport.
Can i go ahead to use it as one of my home ties or will that raise unnecessary doubts in the mind of VO. Please advise.

@ Austinpee4, TheSoj, Justwise and all the gurus in the house. I need your urgent opinion : the landed property document ( Deed & Survey) i want to use as one of my home ties has my middle name written as " Shola " instead of " Sola " as on my credentials and Int'l passport. My first & last name was written correctly. This mistake was made by the property company i bought the land from. Can i use these docs (Deed & Survey) or i should use The land receipt which has only my first & last name. Can these docs create unnecessary doubt in the mind of the VO ? Please advise if i can still use it considering the time required to prepare a new registered Survey and deed for the land.

I used etx-ng.com & they sent my transcript before 2 weeks.

Austinpee4:
A master in telcoms will be best considering all the years of experience in the field. However, you must clearly elaborate on how your interest evolved from materials and metallurgical engineering to telecoms and your achievements and successes in your new field which you now seek further study and expertise in.

A well detailed Statememt of purpose(SOP) should suffice. But pls get a master admission, your years of experience is clearly requiring that. You've not had significant and sufficient activities in your undergrad field for a long time and convienving a VO why a sudden interest in that area might be aliitle difficult but not impossible. Your best bet will be a master in telecoms or closely related field in IT.
VERY GRATEFUL BRO.

I think either way is good, If you have documents that can back up the landed property sold, you can deposit the bulk in your account and back it with LOE. However, you can as well pay the bulk into your spouse account and she later transfer it to your account which is also an acceptable source and attach your LOE as well.
My opinion though
{quote author=senator77 post=53751993]Hi All, I'm a silent follower of this thread and i really appreciate all your contributions on this platform. My question is : i intend to sell my landed property worth about 10mill and use as POF. Do i need to explain the source of bulk fund on LOE or i should just deposit it in my spouse acct and she later transfer to my account. Please i need your response, plssss.
Will only the legal agreement doc and sale receipt of the property suffice in my case as the building doesn't have any C of O and approved survey
plan? Please help a brother.
