MajorGeneralLaw: the dwarf of a Messi is a catastrophic failure. how can a self acclaimed goat be stagnated in a particular club for centuries. I remember years back when I was a kid in primary School I used to hear of Messi in Barcelona. Now I've graduated from the University, got married and have kids and my kids have grown up and started high school and the idiot is still in Barcelona. isn't he ashamed of himself when he sees his mates and a great player like Ronaldo moving to different leagues and breaking records while he's still stucked in a useless club for centuries. the dwarf remains a huge failure as long as football is consigned. Are you Lai Mohammed Pro2.....SMH @your kids in high school but you started hearing of Lionel when you were in primary school? Tales by moonlight...lolz HabgitoTillers: This old man is only ignorant of the rules in La Liga. There is a regulation that does not allow players to sign new contracts below 50% of the previous contract with a club. Messi was offered 50% cut in a new contract by Barcelona. He accepted. With the 50% cut, it was not enough to register him for the new season as a Barca player. The club failed him. Very uninformed Selah.... sonofElElyon: 1. This Salah is counterfeit. If I had known it wasn't the real one I wouldn't have opened this thread... Op that's click baiting.. shame on you
2. Messi did agree to reduce his salary by half so this salah is not only counterfeit but also ignorant... What else do you want him to do @SENIORWRITER |

Very shamelessly mannered! Emmy000seun: This man is a shameless man, disgracing Yoruba race.. ..can't blame him tho!! He is following the foot step of his oga at aso rock.. @AbokiSlave Sheuns: All they can do is blow unnecessary grammar. You had 4 years from the last olympics to plan for this one, but as always it’s a disaster. This is what you get when square pegs are forced into round holes...with my experience with insiders in our sporting ministry and activities I stand to be corrected that the corruption embedded in there stinks to high heavens....so much rot in the sport system that is run here in Nigeria...reason we still have a non performing national team coach like Rohr! I've always said it that Sunday Dare isn't fit to be a Youth & Sport minister! his age even negates the ministry....we should have a young visionary sport minister not this one that will soon become an ancestor! @SENIORWRITER |

koldej: I'm sorry to disturb you sir/ma, I'm currently in a position I feel I needed a serious advise. I rounded up my service year, Nov.2020, luckily I was able to secure a job in a construction company jan.2021 although m on probation (1year). I managed to secure an half plot of land this month somewhere around Ogun state from my little savings(as a result of this I don't have any savings in my acct) my probation period will be over by dec. With little chance of being retained. I'm actually planning to rough things through to Dec. again this year so that I can do the foundation of the land(which means I will not be having any savings) with high probability of not being retained. Is it advisable to do this when m sure I will probably not be retained or I should save to invest in a business? Still below 26yrs, pls I need ur opinion and suggestions..thank you You can strategically do both simultaneously and set a standard towards achieving your goals.
ChybuzzDD: Bros, don't start developing the land now since you're not sure of both finishing it and retaining your job.
If i were you, my 2 options would be either to buy another land or invest in something i would easily liquidate if i fail to retain my job at the end of the year.
You should only go into the business when you're sure you've lost the job, and will be physically available to run it by yourself. This above is also handy.... BTW in what capacity do you work so I can know what to suggest as alternative earning means plus way forward incase you aren't retained ! @SENIORWRITER |

Antoeni: *FOOD FOR THOUGHT *
£1 = N705 $1 = N505 €1 = N605 02/08/2021
0.78k = $1 02/08/1980 Are you surprised?
We were far more productive in 1980 than we are today
In 1980 the key reasons for economic growth were are as follows:
1) We were a net exporter of refined petroleum products. Today we import all our refined petroleum products.
2) We rode in locally assembled cars, buses and trucks. Peugeot cars in Kaduna and Volkswagen cars in Lagos.
Leyland in Ibadan and ANAMCO in Enugu produced our buses and trucks.
Steyr at Bauchi producing our Agricultural tractors.
And it was not just Assembly, we were producing many of the components.
Vono products in Lagos producing the seats.
Exide in Ibadan producing the batteries, not just for Nigeria but for the entire West Africa.
Isoglass and TSG in Ibadan producing the windshields.
Ferodo in Ibadan producing the brake pads and discs
Tyres produced by Dunlop in Lagos and Mitchelin in Portharcourt.
And I mean tyres produced from rubber plantations located in Ogun and Cross Rivers State.
3) We were listening to Radio and watching television sets assembled in Ibadan by Sanyo.
4) We were using refrigerators, freezers and Airconditioners produced by Thermocool and Debo.
5) We were putting on clothes produced from the UNTL textile mills in Kaduna and Chellarams in Lagos.
Not from imported cotton but from cotton grown in Nigeria.
6) Our water was running through pipes produced by Kwalipipe in Kano and Duraplast in Lagos .
7) Our toilets were fitted with WC produced at Kano and Abeokuta.
We were cooking with LPG gas stored inside gas cylinders produced at the NGC factory in Ibadan.
9) Our electricity was flowing through cables produced by the Nigerian wire and Cable, Ibadan, NOCACO in Kaduna and Kablemetal in Lagos and Portharcourt.
10) We had Bata and Lennards producing the shoes we were putting on
Not from imported leather but from locally tanned leather at Kaduna.
11) We were mainly flying our airways, the Nigeria Airways, to most places in the world.
The Airways was about the biggest in Africa at that time.
12) Most of the food we ate were being grown or produced in Nigeria.
We were producing all of the above and more in 1980
Today, we import almost everything.
There lies the source of the terrible exchange rate we are experiencing today and everybody reading this has a critical role to play in reversing this very UGLY trend.
We have been talking about these problems and more for ages...
It is not enough for us to complain about the exchange rate or point out what others are not doing or are failing to do, the key question is what are we producing or what are we planning to produce?
Going forward, it's time to ponder and think of the way forward before it's TOO LATE.
What solutions do you have in mind? Solution : Let's vote for YOUNG VISIONARY LEADERS TO ALL POLITICAL POSITIONS COME 2023 ELECTIONS! Back to the thread I have: Deep Quote: Be ready to do the time if you are into crime.

AfroKnight: I wonder if you would ask that arrogant question if you were in this man’s shoes.
In the murder case of Iniubong Umoren, the killer had the personal number of the DPO who ordered and called the DPO shortly before he was arrested. The police uncharacteristically treated him like a VIP. This is the same killer who had been reported to the same police months before for kidnapping and attempted murder.
