A very inspiring story u got there.
For your question i'd say i had a very rough academic rides. At a point i thought there was a jinx placed on me perhaps for leaving "Fr Edehs" school.. after i left madonna after spending exactly one year there. i had 3 unsuccessful attempts at securing admission into a public school to study medicine. finally got in on my 4th attempt. i'm currently in 200L., the journey is still a long one for me but i know i will have the last laugh.
Sometimes some beautiful paths can't be discovered without getting lost, being a medical student alone in a government institution is a great achievement already, and at the end of the tunnel greater things awaits you.... Honestly marveled at your courage and determination.

Thats great. Congratulations on your massive feat. I really admire your zeal and passion starting all over again after 3 wasteful years.
I know a guy in my area. He owns a small provision store. A graduate of madonna. Dude was pressured to study economics there by his parents only to realise the dept wasn't accredited after 4 years. His parents adviced him to pickup jamb form and start over but he refused. His still mad wit his parents tho which is why they were forced to setup a bizness for him.
Yeah it wasn't easy at all, after three years, got admitted after two attempts, I met so many of my mates who left before me in my new school all happy and doing well academically, I immediately regretted not leaving Caritas after my first year. Part of my compensation came after graduating I was mobilized for service just after three months. Now nothing bothers me, I lived to know that my only limitation is me, today might be bad but tomorrow will be better once you make it your goal.

Doc how many more years before you start practicing?

They said they where abducted when writing WAEC.... pls do they write waec in Hausa language..... Cox the girls never knew how to write nor speak english
I marked waec during my service year, marked script from a northern center to be specific and Northerners are given preferential treatment during marking, our coordinators directed us not to judge them from their grammar presentation but try to make a little sense from the rubbish they write and score them. I failed them much cos majority couldn't make a meaningful sentence but during vetting I was directed to go upgrade them, at the end of the day, they passed. So when you ask how can someone who doesn't know how to speak or write English be a waec candidate, I tell you my brother it's very possible in Nigeria most expecially in the north.

Bro you are indeed a one time student of fr Edeh. i spent only one year there., Madonna university precisely and trust me it was an experience i wouldn't wish for my worse enemy. the so called father played and is still playing god with the lives of his students. i finally summoned the courage against all odds to pack up and leave after i realised there was no end to my doom. the suffering, frustration, exploitation, fear and intimidation was no longer bearable so i had to forcefully break free on the advice of my parents and older students in my department who asked me to run while i could.
Most notable was Obiora, a much older student in my department who called me in,sat me down and with pain and sincerity in his eyes told me 'Daniel i don't want you to go through wat i have experienced here,u've only spent a year here., packup ur things and run or u'll for ever regret it".
those words clinged unto me like pregnancy until i took my big leap, went through some challenges in getting into a better university but now, i am a happy medical student of a fully accredited government university experiencing the sweet taste of being called an undergraduate.

madonna university is indeed my worst academic mistake.
Congrats bro, you took a bold and right step.

The biggest mistake I have made in this life was stepping foot into your maximum penitentiary called Caritas University, but I don't blame you, na me carry myself come meet you. 3 years I spent in your school was like 50 years in hell.
I remember the every Wednesday forceful orientation(aayi), Thursday compulsory adoration, and how we were been packed lack sadine into a Gold transport marcopolo bus to attend your adoration in elele, with students being treated like cattles controlled by herds men.
I remember when you made each and every student of your institution swear to a bible individually after a Sunday mass I still can recollect the words "if I ever trew stone or knew who trew stone and decide not to tell, let me die", some months later during a Sunday service you sent security officers into a pentecostal church in the school, the church service was put to a halt and all Catholics presently in the church were fished out and served with suspension letters, the decision was reversed after much pleading they were made to pay 25k each, their offense was exercising their right to freedom of choice.
You always said anyone who left your university for another University was set for failure and would never be admitted into any other University, after three years of fear, torture, intimidation and financial exploitation, I was able to man up and take my leave, I didn't leap or fall, rather I got admitted into a government established University, had a taste of what a real University environment felt like, came out with a good grade and currently facing life hurdles and struggle squarely just like every other person. Happy birthday sir

Thanks a lot bro. please when did you get the affidavit, is it a recent one or the one you've been using before?.
A very recent one not up to two months old sef. Actually had issues during the test, so she (hr girl) said if I didn't get an affidavit I wouldn't be cleared for the interview, so I went and got one, which I presented during the interview and was allowed in without a glitch.

The guy taking about people already running their documentation, I can't attest to that, but anything is possible in this country. What am sure of is that I know someone who didn't take the test but has been called for interview already.. Interview center isn't even kofo abayomi or Abraham adesanya but another branch, which I can't share, he had his interview a couple of days ago. When we were applying he told me he was under instruction not to apply ..... In Nigeria to get a good Job you either need connection or grace.

That doesn't mean some of us won't get the Job, but after slots have been filled the bitter reality is that a large number of applicants will be left battling for very few positions left...... But this will be my last anyway, if this doesn't work out, I am going to farm. I kant kill myself say I wan wear corporate. Good luck to us all.

we loose more than that , do you know that Nigeria can generate electricity through coal yet we cry of lack of power supply , do u how much money we loose from the oil sector .

The only solution to do to Nigeria for a group of people to rise up and start killing this politicians whether APC or PDP
Seconded, How do we achieve this? even the youths who are the supposed leaders of tomorrow are not ready for power, majority just want to get there and pocket a large portion of the National cake. I voted APC in the last election because I felt PMB could be our Thomas sankara or Jerry rawlings but it's clear I was wrong. What's the way out of this conundrum?

Webmasters / Re: Are Paid Ads Good For Increasing Google Adsense Earnings? by Senipapa(m): 8:47am On Apr 24, 2017
bestspoke:

Make I no lie you...
your $50 fb ads will not get you past $20 for a new blog. Infact I doubt you will make up to $10.
why?
1. Nigerian traffic: It is the worse you can ever expect as advertisers in the country don't bid past 0.1 . it is between 0.01 to 0.09 even if you get mad traffic. All you'll have is impression and few poor clicks. Which will annoy you at the end. RPM is a major determinant. If you have 10,000views from fb traffic and your RPM seats at 0.5 to $1. Your earnings won't move past $10.Study how to increase RPM ,read about the tricks. Cause RPM is the major determinant factor of your loss...or profit

2. The kind of post you promoting and your targeting: Most posts attract only likes and not clicks.while some attracts shares and click. If the latter is your case. them I'm sorry, all you'll get are likes likes and few poor clicks.

My point is: forget it that you'll make any profit from your first fb ads. It will most likely be for experiments and ada optimisation for your next ads. You'll need to set a targeting that converts and the posts controversial enough to garner shares and clicks..

I will advise that you use $30 to run fb like ads.
And $20 to run an experimental ad.
you won't make any profit just yet. Don't raise your hopes and get disappointed later.you target should be Google search traffic from U S. Which is why I'll advise against entertainment blogging. Will you run ads for life? And can you keep up?

Well cheers to your blogging career
Is this why any day I get much clicks from USA my earnings skyrocket? cos am new and don't know much yet.

Please what happened
I was schedule for 12pm,but I went early and was opportune to meet few people among those schedule for 9am still yet to do theirs, one of them was a guy who wrote his test sane day with mine. After greeting him I sat and started listening to the conversation at hand cos the fellow that just came out of the interview room was sharing his experience with him, few mins later he was called in and after about 20 mins he was out, and I asked him what his experience was like, he told me few things, he said he was asked more of economical question which wasn't in line with his course of study but it was an interesting interview.

In the process of giving us few tips the hr girl singled him out immediately saying he was sharing his interview experience and threatened to disqualify him. Ordinarily I thought it was just a minor issue which an apology could solve, the guy humbly went to her and told her he was very sorry and won't repeat such again, she embarrassed him, directed her assistance to go to his interview panel and tell them to disqualify him. Isn't that pure wickedness? For christ sake he isn't the only one who shared experiences after leaving that room today, apart from that everyone wasn't asked same question as each panel had loads of questions to ask. Why make him a scape goat when you can easily caution him not to do it again. This is graduate trainee recruitment and so many of us aren't conversant with do's and dont's. I was pained honestly.

I spoke to my female friend who did her interview in kano today and she told me an hr personnel was directing them on what to go through quickly and likely area which questions will come from.

Everyone is after possible interview questions, forgetting that one of the major problem applicants possess is interview anxiety, and no matter how much you prepare, anxiety can ruin all that effort. I have not much to say, but I put it to everyone here that the interviewers aren't dinosaurs but human beings like you and I, most of them can't even match you face to face in an intellectual discussion outside that room, most of them were once dismal students, the only thing that differentiates you from them presently is that they are already staff in an establishment where you are also qualified to work. So dump your fears behind when you leave home, be bold, be confident, answer intelligently, wear a smile and I tell you the sky will be your limit. The worst thing that can happen will be that you won't get the job, so what? Move to the next opportunity. (SENIPAPA)
