According to NYSC, no you cannot serve in river state.

ma state of origin is Oyo, I schooled at ekiti state.

If by their proximity, No u can't serve in Osun. But we can't rule out the power of 'luck' here..
And besides, we don't know the method they wil adopt this time around having said the previous method was a test/experiment.

You can only choose from outside your geopolitical zone. So far you're from the south south, you are permitted to choose from all other zone except S/SOUTH.

BTW where do you reside and whch skul did you attend?

Well relatively it is nice place but quite quiet and serene.
Standard of living in europe is definitely the most in the Scandinavia . I'm not sure about the figures but i think Finland is the third/fourth highest in Europe.

Housing depends on where you live. The same house in Helsinki ( the capital) might cost double of what it cost in Vaasa or Tornio ( next to sweden). If you study and have access to student apartments those are bit cheaper than regular ones.. When i moved and was studying i was paying about 300 euros a month for my apartment ( and please dont convert to Naira, it doesnt help ) .

Weather is from extreme heat in the summer ( hotter than what i experience in Nigeria sometimes hahaha) but in our winter , it could be as cold as -35 but mostly it peaks at -29 or -30. winter in 2010 peaked at -35 if i remember correctly. ( weather doesnt smile).

Employment: Usually if you have the right education and language skills and Permit , its easy to get a good job. ( language skills = you need good Finnish or swedish + nowadays they require good english as well)

I attended a birthday party with a gathering of about 40 people. I sat at the front seat. A lady started distributing food. She started from the back and unfortunately, it didn't get to us sitting at the front.
Another lady started sharing the drinks, she started from the front but unfortunately I had already moved to sit at the back. Again the drink didn't get to me.
I was so furious that I stood up to take my leave but then I saw three ladies each with a big bowl. This time, I tried to be wise by sitting at the middle. One of the ladies started the sharing from the front, the second lady started distributing from the back. The two ladies were sharing fried turkey.
When they got to the middle where I was seated, it got finished again! Feeling so frustrated, I bent my head, putting my face in my hands... but then the third lady tapped me and stretched her bowl for me to pick. I stretched and put my hands inside the bowl...
Guess what was in the bowl?
