No, but I noticed it happened shortly after the phone fell down on a low stool. The front camera is up and working fine but back was next to zero.

Can you suggest any 3rd party app for testing?

Please can anyone tell me what could have happened to my A3 pro's camera? I noticed the back camera is blurry since 2days ago.

My A3S is showing system application is ready for update,turn on WiFi to update,how do I update using my data,I don't use WiFi.

You will see an option underneath the "Turn on WiFi to update" that reads WiFi or mobile data. Click on it and set it to Mobile data, viola, you are go to go.

That is the first update, the 2nd is dated 10/9/19 and it was 32.8mb in size. I didn't see any effect except that the camera quality dropped a bit.

I'm not one of those who rate the battery high... For many years I've always used gionee phone, so the battery on this phone is a significant departure.
But my battery experience is FAR better than what you stated. Can last whole day for me
