OP I was also experiencing such not until I ask my self " why is it that when I eat Akara and moimoi I don't experience such?" The answer was that when preparing Akara and moimoi, the beans coat is peeled off after being soaked in water So I started doing same to beans before cooking and the problem was off. The truth is, it's the beans coat that is responsible for the flatulence, take it off and you would enjoy eating beans.
