I don't agree with you, at least not on this one. The whole blame should go to the high court, who assigned an unqualified judge to deliver judgement. Up holding the judgement would be outright miscarriage of Justice to Kalu, regardless that he stole. The defence saw a loop hole in the judgement and perfectly exploited it. The supreme Court did excenlently in the case on the contrary, not acquitting him but ordering reassignment. It is a technical judgement, yes, but the whole law and court process is built on technicalities. Additionally, emotions are not part of law but facts. The fact upon which Kalu challenged the lower judgement was valid under the law.

that technicalities doesn't hold water please.....This is a funny position by the Supreme court. Section 396(7) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) provides as follows:
'...notwithstanding the provision of any other law to the contrary, a Judge of the High Court who has been elevated to the Court of Appeal shall have dispensation to continue to sit as a High Court Judge only for the purpose of concluding any part-heard criminal matter pending before him at the time of his elevation and shall conclude the same within a reasonable time : Provided that this subsection shall not prevent him from assuming duty as a Justice of the Court of Appeal.”

Funny to know that the bastards pushing for this bill might not be around for too long to witness the side effects of some of these vaccines. They don't have issues creating problems for the coming generations by either collecting loans that they'll end up squandering or force-vaccinating progenies at a time when their immune system is at it weakest. These ones will not think twice before mortgaging the country for some dollars in their foreign accounts. Las Las, something must kill a man like they say. My strong advise is for people to start researching how to detoxify themselves and their wards if eventually this bill sees the light of the day.

I actually thought it will be easier for the owner to get it from the security since I may not still be in the library when he will come calling! I was obviously wrong!! I'm also guessing that they might have done some "in-house thing" and allow one of them use it, and owner didn't come to ask them.

I have ever picked up a very huge amount of money, when I returned the money, the security there thought I was mad or something was wrong with me. But I was happy I did. After sometimes I ran into one of the security he said I made a big mistake that I should have given him the money,that the money would have change his life.

I was going to read in school when I saw a new phone (infinix not 4) which someone forgot where we keep our bags before entering the library. I picked up the phone and the mistake I made was giving it to the security men at the entrance of John Harris library, uniben. About a month later, I saw one of them using the phone at the school canteen where I went to eat!! I was shocked!!
