Another thing baffling me is that nobody in the neighborhood bothered to check on him, it's kinda strange in a country like Nigeria. I only hear of these things abroad. Nigerians don't mind their business to that extent, curiosity would make one or two persons discuss the issue and youths would mobilize there.
