This is a topnotch office politics strategy.
First of all, when you become indispensable at your role, you'll definitely be appreciated. Have that edge over others in your field and see them running after you.

Secondly, visibility matters a lot! I used to prefer to fly under the radar but it doesn't work that way in office settings. Be visible!
Let your bosses hear that the awesome idea came from you.
Let them know that you provided that solution to the problem everyone was running from.
Be visible.👌

Yes, you'll be awarded your degree, given that you meet all the requirements during screening and didn't forge any results.
You need to pick a Consistent format for your full name. Uniben doesn't joke with it at all; Surname first, First name, Middle name

You'll be asked to get an affidavit at the high Court. It's a common issue during clearance
