Thank you! Because I have checked some schools' websites, and the requirements are mostly GRE scores, transcripts, English proficiency test results, recommendation letters, Statement of Purpose (SOP), and CV. And if someone has all these and they are up to standard, is messaging a lecturer (or supervisor) really necessary again? I often hear people say that you need to contact a supervisor first, who will then consider your application.

The funding for programs goes with the professor and your research interests should align as much as possible.
Treat it like the professor is your hiring manager/line manager.
Sell yourself and why you want to do this research.

Because if you check schools' websites, you will see the requirements to get admission to their PhD programs. What I mean is, if you apply directly and meet all the requirements, and I assume PhD programs are usually fully funded most of the time, shouldn't the person be admitted? Also, I don't think messaging a supervisor is usually part of the requirements, but I could be wrong.

Most PhD programs are funded in the US, does not matter the state. Usually PhD students are funded as Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant or a Fellowship. STEM courses have more funding than the arts and humanities, if you studied a medical and life science related course you can look towards Biomedical science PhD programs. Search on Google or even use Meta AI or ChatGPT to create list of universities in US offering PhD in Biomedical science and related fields. From there you can start going through the school websites one after the other and contact potential supervisors you find their research interesting.

A Deep Dive Into Wizkid’s 2021: His Elegant Year (of Hooge Success) AWARD, The year 2021 was no doubt massive for Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, widely known as WIZKID. We are also positive that Big Wiz had big plans for the year 2021, but he sure did not think that Made In Lagos will become a global force.
As well already know, Wizkid premiered his 4th studio album, Made In Lagos – MIL on October 30, 2020 through Starboy Entertainment and RCA Records. The 14-rack project features guest appearances from the likes of Burna
Boy, Skepta, H.E.R., Ella Mai, Tay Iwar, Projexx, Tems, and Terri. To further pice things up, the deluxe edition dropped on the 27th of August, 2021 with features from ace Canadian singer, Justin Bieber, and Nigeria’s Buju.

Ever since MIL dropped, Wizkid’s journey has not been the same. If he were to be an upcoming artist, Made In Lagos would have been recorded as the album that brought him to the limelight. But this is not the case, Big Wiz has been breaking grounds in the industry for about 10 years now, but we can all agree that MIL is indeed a propeller.
Altogether in 2021, Wizkid brought home an impressive 35 awards from 19 award bodies. History was indeed made.

Exact moment the invigilator walked in. He asked me up, carry my paper and properties and gave me a bench to sit at at the very front.

Didn’t write anything except my name. Worse part was the young nigga with the glasses submitted first in the whole class. Village people nor try dat day.

Almighty Soc 217. That is one of the hardest course to pass. Did you finish from Unilorin?

This is what they don't know. Diamond is very smart when it comes to analyzing the market. He used those afrobeats songs and modify it into bongo flava in a melodious tune. Check the way he changed joro to jeje and slow the tempo of the beat. The same way he did to essence but he used low beat to support it in his new song. That soapy is a street banger but only few artistes can try that style in Tanzania because it is not their genre so he has to change the song to high tone but no matter how he changed it naira Marley will definitely come to your mind when listening to the song

It is easier to make it in America compare to any other countries in the world. The America system is built for someone to achieve great things. The capitalist favour America a lot. Banks are willing to lend money even if you were bankrupt as long as you have the idea. Their rule of law is also very organized which favour everybody including small scale business.
The major reason why they are very wealthy is because of the 80-20 rule. The total wealth is usually concentrated among 20percent of the people where the wealth is 80 percent which goes in cycle. Some opportunistics and intelligent among the 20 will have 80percent of the wealth which will bridge the wealth cycle. They have a standardised industry which makes them to grow more and more wealth which are spread among the people. The richer everyone is, the richer the most successful.

Cancer is a disease which some of the body's cell grow uncontrollably and spread to other part of the body( National Cancer Research). It is a genetic disease that is caused by changes to genes that control the way our cells fiction, especially how they grow and divide.
Sizeable proportion of cancers are caused by environmental factor where someone lives or exposed to, lifestyle attitudes while some can be caused by hereditary cells.
It is very possible to live a healthy lifestyle and still be diagnosed of cancer. Some pro athletes in recent times despite living healthy lifestyle also died from cancer.Tour de France winner Laurent fignon and Gabrielle Grunewald a popular American runner is a good example. Though nobody is perfectly disciplined with the way they live but some people can still control what they eat, drink, breathe and engage in exercise properly,how to maintain their mental and spiritual equilibrium and still have cancer.
Does it mean anybody can have the disease despite living healthy and not suffering from any hereditary disease or mutations in cells?

Saying wizkid is not versatile is outrageous. He has touched literally all popular genres. His abulms sounds are different from another. Super star is different from Ayo and Ayo is different from Sftos and Sftos is different from Soundman and Soundman is different from MIL. Someone that gave three genres on his intro song in MIL. The abulm has more than Four genres. He has given house music styles, afrobeat, regaee, rnb, dancehall, pop music and tradition. No doubt he is the most versatile artiste in Nigeria

How is fireboy better than Rema?, apart from wizkid,davido, burna boy and Mr Eazi, mention any other artiste that has more streams on all platforms apart from Rema. The guy has more international collaboration than Fireboy because of his Versatility. The guy can trap( you can check his Ep for that). Vibes are also necessary for music. Rema has the range, his music can be played depending on any mood which Fireboy lacks and moreover lyrics is debatable. Afrobeat is more of beat than lyrics, check all Nigeria Songs that were bangers and listen to their lyrics.
To some people fireboy may be the better singer but remain is definitely bigger
