Dear pro-biafrans; I support your struggle 100% but my problem is your approach. I would want to suggest the following procedures and i can assure you its going to work out successfully. if you can unite and follow the following steps then i can tell, welcome to the Republic of Biafra in advance. STEP 1: withdraw all your services from Nigeria and render the Nigerians as you are the backbone of the country STEP 2: Withdraw your kinsmen who are public office holders e.g Ike Ekweremadu, deputy senate president, Peter Obi the D.G of S.E.C STEP 3: Reject all the ministerial nominations from the so-called Nigeria. STEP 4: Endeavour to reject Federal Allocations for many months to come. You are very industrious people you will be better off without it federation allocation from Abuja STEP 5: Stop all form of importation through the Nigerian sea ports so that Nigeria will crumble without your Tax STEP 6 Recall all your sons and daughters from all parts of Nigeria to relocate to home until this fight is over then Nigeria can beg them to come back as expatriates STEP 7 Lock up all your shops in idumota, Alaba international, Kano main market, and every other market even in the remote villages across the country. STEP 8 Go beyond closing of the Niger bridge stop all Nigerians from buying or selling in Onitsha Main market or Ariaria market in Aba. STEP 9 Make sure you make your Visa very hard for Nigerians. STEP 10 This fight can be achieved without Violence just like south Sudan. Finally, make sure you don’t fight it with weapons. NO MORE WAR PLEASE!!!!! NO SINGLE BLOOD DROP IS WORTH SHEDDING TO HAVE BIAFRA!!! Igbo kwenu!!! hee! . WE DON’T WANT LOSS OF LIVES AGAIN Source:Nigeriacamera.net |

There's a sound across the nation It's a call so clear and strong It's a call to build our nation It's a call for everyone Everyone who is Nigerian Hear the sound so clear and loud It's a call for transformation And the time for change is NOW Though our tribe and tongue may differ We are still one and the same With one hope, one heart, one future With one cry, one love, one name We have the power to change Nigeria We alone can set us free But it starts with transformation Yes it starts with you and me Nigeria, Our Father land We can build this nation hand in hand Let 's revive and let 's reform Let 's rebuild and let 's restore For we are the transformation We are stronger than before We have had our share of battles We have moan our days of pain But through it all, we've stayed together In our hearts, our hopes, we made We believe we can better We can reach our destiny Only when we are transformed Can we reach our destiny Nigeria, Our Father land We can build this nation hand in hand Let 's revive and let 's reform Let 's rebuild and let 's restore For we are the transformation We are stronger than before |

This is so sad and embarrassing! No fewer than 300 pupils of the Federal Government Girls’ College, Efon Alaaye, Ekiti State, have been hospitalised following an outbreak of an unknown disease. Signs of the outbreak, which many reportedly initially thought was cholera, began on October 10 when some of the pupils started vomiting and stooling. However, the Ekiti State Government, through its Commissioner for Health, Dr. Olurotimi Ojo, has dismissed the disease as “diarrhoea”, just as it has begun an investigation into its cause. Besides, it was learnt that Governor Ayodele Fayose had ordered the commissioner to mobilise healthcare workers to the school to arrest the situation. Parents and guardians have started trooping to the school to check if their children and wards were among the victims. The Principal, Mrs. Grace Ogunyomi, was said to have reported the case to the State Government on Wednesday for prompt action. The authorities of the school have been taking the affected pupils to Efon General Hospital since the epidemic started. Of the about 300 pupils said to be infected, only 31 of them were still receiving treatment while others had been treated and discharged, a source, who craved anonymity, revealed on Thursday. Although it was suspected that the pupils contracted the sickness through food or water, a teacher, who spoke under anonymity, confirmed that medical examination of samples of their water and food proved otherwise. When contacted, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Dr. Folakemi Olomojobi, who spoke on behalf of the commissioner, confirmed that only 20 of the infected pupils were still in the hospital, adding that the ministry had brought in environmental health officials. “We have alerted the water corporation to chlorinate their water. They have about six boreholes and we have them chlorinated, because we knew as professionals that the water could be a source. “We are trying to look into their environment, so that we can get where such could have broken out. We want to know how they dump their faeces and how they dump their sewages. “We have taken blood samples of affected pupils to the hospital and the preliminary test shows that it was not cholera. It was diarrhoea and vomiting. We are sending the samples for further test to confirm that it is not cholera,” she said. The commissioner assured the public that government would do everything possible to control the epidemic. Efforts to speak with the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Health, Mr. Linus Awute, on Thursday, were not successful as he neither answered his calls nor responded to text messages sent to his phone. However, the Director, Diseases Surveillance and Notification, Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, Mrs. Olubunmi Ojo, said only a laboratory test could confirm the nature of the infection. She said,”We are waiting for an official report. There is surveillance in place that we need to check. We shall have a clearer picture by tomorrow. It may be food poisoning and not cholera. We will only be able to confirm after a laboratory diagnosis. http://ngschoolportal.com/p/312718/unknown-illness-hits-ekiti-college-300-pupils-hospitalised |
