He was taken to health center and his wounds dressed and then they started looking for anti tetanus vaccine, the whole delta seemed not to have. He had to be given pass eventually to come home to lag to get properly treated. When I saw my brother after the attack I was mad! If it was a smaller person or a child, that person would surely have been killed. I asked him what was done to the owner and he said nothing. That the police wouldn't arrest him. He only paid the initial 15k for the first dressing. Long story short, I coached him how to poison the dogs and there you have it. So my dear brother, don't be quick to discount everything

Now the question you should ask yourself is why the security guard didn't shout or scream during the attack and why the dogs were completely silent for people not to hear when the attack was ongoing.

It's not possible for the dogs to have attacked silently. I mean, it's against their nature not to growl and snarl during the attack. Again, it is in the nature of living beings ( both animals and men) to scream horrendously when attacked and bitten by other animals or humans.
