The questions we need to ask is "who is funding these groups? Who is supplying or selling arms and munitions? Who is providing logistics? Who is giving them intel? The US, France and Britain is the answer. The strategy is simple; they want free access to mineral and natural resources. So they create these groups, arm them, fund them and continue to fund them. So when the governments of their target countries are busy battling with these well equipped groups, the West is busy pillaging and looting their natural resources. These militants, with the help of Western powers, capture swaths of territories where the resources are while the government forces continue to be overpowered. Then the Oyinbos have unfettered access to them.

The Enugu State police command has confirmed the arrest of two young men in the state for allegedly struggling a 52-year-old Mrs. Patience Nkem Charles to death.

A statement by the command's spokesperson, DSP Daniel Ndukwe said the suspects, Okoro Chukwuebuka Kingsley, aged 24 conspired with his friend, Ogbonna Samuel Chiedozie, aged 18, to murder their victim at Abomini Street, Independence Layout, Enugu on the 14th of October, 2024.

Ndukwe said preliminary investigation revealed that the crime was motivated by a grudge Kingsley held from his time as the victim's former security guard in 2021.

He added that the two suspects have "confessed to strangling the victim in her home, leading to their arrest through police intelligence.

"They have already been arraigned in court and remanded in the custody of the Nigerian Correctional Custodial Centre."
