Since the government ain't serious, there should be a rally for illustrious and wealthy sons of kogi to bring their investments home, not just leaving all in Lagos and Abuja.

it's not just about bringing investment into the state, how many people will genuinely appreciate and support the investment. Try to study their mentality/behavior and you'll advise people to avoid the state.
