Umaru has multiple organs problems, I remember after his election as Katsina state governor in 1999 his alleged medical report leaked showed that Umaru couldn't survive beyond his first tenure (it's reported in weekly trust around 2001). I remember his statement when he's seriously sick journalists asked him abt his health he told them that "I may die today, I may die tomorrow and I may even live to be 90".

PENCOM has one of the best salaries in the country plus you get mouth watering allowances. However they haven't recruited in six to seven years so it's very possible something may happen this year.

Submit your CV along side places you wish to work for. I suggest you consider which Senate committee he is under and direct your attention towards that path.

Collect the number of who collects your CV at the office he sends you to. MOST IMPORTANTLY when submitting it don't look poor.

Dress in a very respectable manner if you have a car or a friend that has a nice looking car go with it, so that his PAs think they'd have something to gain if they help you push it. When talking to them be humble but don't appear needy and 'in need of money'.

Once they notice theirs nothing to you, he does not know you or you have no affiliation with him they will dump your CV I'm sure he has a lot of CVs

Be nice but don't appear poor.

Tell them you will inform him that you have submitted ask the name of the person you give and tell him you will let the Senator know you gave him. DO NOT LIE about anything appear like you know him personally don't say you do. There is a difference. They will respect you more

He finally replied this morning asking me to submit my credentials to his liaison office and i should let him know where i have applied to. But the thing is i passed out from service earlier this year and have not applied for any fedral job because have not been aware of any open recruitment unless for the Nigeria Army/Navy which i didn't apply for some personal reasons... please how do i tell him this cos it looks like he wants to help...

That makes it a win-win.
