With due respect, I disagree with this in the sense that wabote cannot/will not refuse to give aso vila their share.when recruitment like this is happening, aso vila(politicians) are already given their slots.there is nothing like hijacking again. Some percentage was given to aso vila while remaining is already brought to the public. It's only if the aso lwants more which I think it's not possible but it can never happen that aso vila will not have share in such recruitment.

Let me add somethingto ur point "the recruitment stuff I belive is still been handled by a hire recruiting organizations which according to them its a way of screening people out just to met the required number of target given to them.it was clearly stated on the advert that(1) minium of Second Class lower simply means one is eligible for the work without a master (2) or HND lower credit with a good master degree (the word good here has clearified it that this was meant for HND holder), an HND holder with a lower credit must have a master degree. But like I said, just do ur do and let's God decide.Never give up.
