I did my interview today.
Same as what was discussed here. First we were lined up and documents were Checked. Adamawa and akwa ibom were first, followed by borno. Then physical and medical. No eye test was done. Just check our knees for knocked knees. Then preparation for interview. We went in in batches of 10. And then X-ray in wuse.

The staff were trying to be threatening at first but the loosened up after.

@error4040 check with your connect and try to go back tomorrow. Someone we did interview with also didn’t have WAEC. And he was told to bring it after. I also missed someone who missed his interview yesterday and was admitted to do today although they shouted and made him wait.

My people, I was informed some people were sent away because of height. Please can anyone confirm if it is true?
Also, candidates enter in 10, then they start from the right and ask questions. Anyone who fails to answer, they’ll ask if someone else can answer or they pick their candidate.

They would look for a reason to disqualify. My connect said to adhere to every rule because they’re going to drop some people. Females should also come with corporate wear o. It’s everybody.

All successful candidates will receive by the end of today. Some have even received phone calls too. Interview and screening will start from 20th June. That’s the info I have for now

This is untrue. Messages are still being sent out. State capitals of origin were used alphabetically meaning people from Bauchi received first while Yenegoa / Yola last. Truthfully, assessment performance played a key role but connections is m also playing a part. All the best guys. I received mine around 1:14pm today.

Thank you. Information reaching me is that if you were not sent a text yesterday, that means you did not pass the exam and you will not receive a text from them. Efcc exam this year was Purely based on merit. Doesn’t matter if you have connection. If you don’t pass, your connection cannot do anything about it. Also, after screening and medicals, if you don’t have what they require, you will be sent home even with your connection. I know of someone that his uncle works directly under Bawa and he didn’t get any text. That’s how I know this info is very true. I pray those of us that got will reach the finish line.

2. That for 12 months in police academy for bsc and 6 months for OND.

Yes most likely. There were 2 locations each. One for Bsc and one OND

Please I want somebody to clear me dis issue, I wrote the exam in Kano zone (Kano state) & I had Dey said it was 2 center, dat means the other center is for OND or what becuse in my center d exam is only for BSC BA holders

Yessssooooo. In fact, I was told the training will be at Karu for either 6 or 9 months. No more military training but still physical training in the morning and then academy. We might also be allowed with our phones. It will be a bit more flexible generally. 2 in a room and a shared toilet.

I Heard EFCC now have their own academy located at KARU close to Abuja, no more Soldiers extensive and hardship DRILL

Bro, will the the next stage be done in Abuja or in the states we wrote the exams?
I was also informed yesterday that they’ll be 5 marks free for everyone to complete it to 100 and the cut off mark is 60%. However, scores and connect will also play a huge part.

The next stage is, physical screening, Medical and interview,
For physical if your height is not up to 1.67m you won't be allowed to enter inside, then your credentials, if you are more than required age, you will be screen out.

For medical go and check ur BP,(125-130) maximum, do block test any drug in your blood sample will lead to disqualification, chest x-ray, case of fracture in your chest, irregular heart size.

Lastly interview is just like panels, you will sit on a chair and face the board, you will be ask current happening in EFCC, information in your state, important personality in Nigeria.

Fellow hopefuls, how are preparations going? Ensure you read about the organisation and it’s Act. Also remember There are 4 executive chairmen so far. Ribadu, Waziri, Lamurde and Bawa. Magu was never confirmed. Waziri was retired police officer before her appointment.

No organisation is worth forfeiting your NYSC for. Let it not cause you issues in the future. Just my two cents though.
EFCC is a good place and there are talks that their welfare has improved immensely in this Bawa administration.

To those preparing ahead here's an INTEL since no one is talking about it.

According to my friend under the SSCE category the questions was current affairs not just JAMB subject combination related.

Check online: (Aptitude test)

° Read about the Agency (origin, previous chairmen, high cases and amount Recovered.
° Read about Nigeria be it Politics or History

If you Get Good score they would Send you another SMS for Physical Test/Fitness (Those my friend met at the Aptitude some did not get the Second SMS)

That means they did not perform well or their Connection no strong.

When you get to Physical Test/Fitness

Here they would check your Body for (Injuries, posture,how you Run/jog & walk)

Then height/weight and Chest Measurement (tho They said Males 1.67cm 5.5Ft female 1.64cm 5.3ft.
But on reaching there he said those who are not more than 5'7 were Escorted out of the premises (Disqualified)

But I feel for Field official category Height matters because of the work ethics related to using arms or bursting premises etc. (I'm not 100% sure till I reach there because na 5.5ft I be o)

If you scale height, then you would go for Blood/Urine Sample before proceeding to meet a 4 Men panel that would ask you questions about the Agency.

questions can come like this

They would ask about your State of Origin: Complex Questions like (Governors, how many local government, do EFCC have zonal in your state, How do you plan to contribute to the Organisation if employed etc)

From your answer each panel member would Rate you

If you scale through then You would go for a Heart Test, when done they would give you a Slip with number and tell you to go if you are selected you would be sent an SMS.

The recruitment for Mid and downstream will likely reach December, as per my source but I don’t know for sure. The waiting list has been dissolved. Power has changed hands. Follow up with the new people in power.

You are also right sir. However, PEF staff have been distributed around. For example, anyone that knows pef bigshots well know Aminu Said Ahmed and he has been posted to Authority. Even DPR staff have been split to Authority / Commission. I have attached one of the pages from the delineation. I have censored names and ID numbers

You are right on the part that PEF is now defunct but not splitted between NUPRC(Commission) and NMDPRA(Authority). It was merged with defunct PPPRA and Downstream part of Defunct DPR to form The Authority.

PEF no longer exists as an organisation. It has been merged and it’s staff have been split between the Commission (Upstream) and the Authority (Midstream and Downstream)

I believe everyone would have to travel for the exam. My connect told me to say Abuja as my state of origin because I live in Abuja and he didn’t want me to travel because of the insecurity and when they called I told them exactly that. He said it wouldn’t be a problem during screening. I was told the training will last from 9 months up to a year. But since it’s the new training camp they are using, it won’t be as rigorous as the training in NDA and it won’t also be enjoyable at the same time. So be prepared.

Please does that mean everyone invited will have to travel to their state of origin to write the exam? Please do you know how long the training will last under Bawa’s leadership?

I would strongly advise you to prepare for exams. The aim of asking you for your state of origin is to know which centre to post you to for the exam. Bawa is different from Magu. Bawa’s style of leadership requires everyone to train at their new camp in karu and also pass through the exam and interview process. Ofcourse slots have been shared already but doesn’t mean those processes will be overlooked.
