These're d sizes:-

SITTING RM 9*15FT
MASTER BEDRM 15*14FT
I BEDRM 12*12FT
1 BEDRM 12*11FT PENT RM UP
The finishing of the flat is good except that there're no kitchen carbinet but both the wall & floor are tiled with pop, same with the bath & toilet rms.
A guest toilet with bath,
total bath & toilet is 4 each in the flat.

I can't snap b'cos the owner is still in the building but it's a new building with quality finished work done, paving/cubble stone in the compound.
I sent u an e-mail, hoping to read from soonest.

@spyder,  tx 4 d advice but u didn't get me right, what i 'm saying is dt we're buying only a unit out of d 2 units of 3 bedrm for #12m while someelse take over d down
With ur explanation, i calculated rent of #600k/p.a *12yrs = #720k. I'm confused, i feel it's too expensive. Although rent for that type of exquisite flat is #600k/p.a.
The sitting is not even large. Shld we buy or not? The seller is not ready to reduce d money @ all.

A friend intends to buy a unit of 3 bedrm flat for #12m.
It's a storey building on an half plot with 2 unit of 3bedrm flats not a bad lacation persa, around Ikosi-Ketu close to Shangisha.
The size of the sitting rm is small compare to a standard bedrm or siiting rm.
We're not sure the price is worth it.

Can someone help us out?

It's a Storey building of 2 units of 3 bedrm flat on an half plot, not really spacious but the environment is not bad.
Inside the house is made of spanish tiles for the floor, pvc, pop & all rms ensuite, but the sitting rm is small, it's not up to the size of a standard rm/sitting rm.
Now we're not sure the price is ok, I feel it's expensive.
I don't know the value of properties around there.

Can u pls advice us or any nairalander.

I'm in support of any action taken.
Since 2006, I paid wisdom properties #800k for 2 plot for the phase 1 (gaun), #80k for survey plan still no response till now, infact something must be done fast b'cos these guys are taking us for a fool.

My advice is that we should get the MD of Wisdom properties to explain issues, where ever is hiding he must be fetched out.
I learnt the C of O have being released since early 2011, so what are they doing? there had being break in communication, they don't even call us for meeting any more, the last meeting was held in February 2010.
