President Donald Trump have canceled automatic citizenship for for U.S. citizens born abroad and non citizens born in U.S.

In a new policy released by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service have stated that, it has cancelled automatic citizenship for some U.S. service members and US employees.
The statement has explained that under the new citizenship policy, all children born in the U.S. by foreigners are not automatically citizens of the country likewise, children born by U.S service members working abroad will have to apply for U.S. citizenship.

Boko Haram insurgents have threatened another attack on the military base at Jiddari-Polo, Maiduguri.

The terrorists on Monday attacked farmers in the area, hacking four to death while one was left with severe injuries.

It has been revealed that the alleged bribery videos of Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje are now being sold in Kano state.

A Facebook user, Ibrahim Adam showed off the photos.
This is coming after a Kano high court granted an interim injunction sought by the Kano governor, restraining Daily Nigerian Newspaper and Jafaar Jafaar, its publisher, from publishing videos of the governor.

The news platform had published videos showing Ganduje allegedly collecting kickbacks from contractors.

Ganduje had subsequently filed a N3 billion suit against the newspaper.
The governor asked the court to declare the publication as wrongful and a defamation of character.

In its ruling on Monday, the court restrained Jafaar and Daily Nigerian, listed as the first and second defendants, and their agents from “publishing, sharing or spreading videos injurious to the plaintiff/applicant pending the determination of the substantive application slated for hearing on the 6th of December 2018”.

The contractor behind the videos had said he was ready to testify before the Kano state assembly panel investigating the matter.

Two men have been arrested after allegedly kidnapping and gang-raping their former teacher in a rural community in South Africa.The unnamed woman, a teacher at a high school near Marken, Limpopo, South Africa, was said to have been abducted from her home on Monday after two men broke in while she was asleep.

The two detainees, aged 18 and 20, are believed to be part of a group of men who tied her up with a rope before loading her into the boot of her VW Polo.

The men then allegedly gang raped her before dumping her in the bushes and fleeing in her car.

A police spokesperson said the suspects were ‘well known to the victim’ as previous students and neighbors.

‘Preliminary police investigations have since revealed that the two suspects involved in this chain of crime incidents are well known to the victim as she previously taught them at the same school and they are also staying in this village,’ said police spokesperson Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe.

‘During the arrest, one of the suspects was found in possession of the ignition keys of the victim’s car and later, the victim’s car was found abandoned in bushes near Marken,’ Ngoepe added.

‘It was also detected that the suspects made turns in gang-raping the victim and dumped her still tied in the bushes before they fled the scene with her motor vehicle VW Polo. Police opened cases of house breaking with intent to commit crime, kidnapping, armed robbery and rape,’ he said.

Police found the teacher dumped in the bushes along the road to Bakenburg outside Mokopane.

She was rushed to hospital and was eventually discharged on Sunday afternoon.

During the arrests, one of the men was found in possession of the teacher’s car keys and the car was later found abandoned in the bushes near Marken.
