My brother, I am just a concerned citizen. The future of our once great nation is at stake, yet others are allowing political divisions based on fact-less sentiments cloud their reasoning ability. This is what acute poverty does to a nation, citizens begin to expect less from leaders, instead of questioning morality and integrity they question the motive of the other side. A ruling party that has ruled for more than 10 years with countless allegations on its neck and zero score card in core areas of our national development (the real growth drivers= energy sector, public infrastructure, health, education, security) Shouldn't be preventing the rise of the opposition, but instead see it as a wake up call to reinvent themselves. In our long history, this is the first time I see citizens asking the wrong questions on issues that affect our collective destiny.

If our once proud and brave Nigerian Army can be taken to the cleaners by a rag tag rebel group to the extent of conceding villages and towns to them, questions should be asked about the leadership of the military and their political leadership, their finances and weaponry, how funds channel there are spent, information leakages and sabotage. The idea of blaming the issues of the nation on the opposition is just another way politicians use our ethnic and religion divid to confuse us on issues of national important.

Any person or leader who can't do his core job without blaming it on others should just step down peacefully. These guys make Abacha look like an Einstein

Some of the replies we read here makes one question the literacy level of many so called "educated Nigerians"

FACTS:

Anyone choosing a side or insulting either parties in this matter should tell us and quote what the Nigerian so called constitution says on this issue

1. Under the present circumstance, is he still legally a member of the lower house and the speaker? Show QUOTES, not vibe based on emotions
2. Does changing his political platform knocks him off the speaker position? Please Quote sections from the constitution
3. Can't a 2/3 majority vote from the members impeach him from office as the speaker ? (a test of either sides popularity)
4. If the hurriedly assembled national constitution is unclear about the position of things, shouldn't the courts give final interpretation on the matter?
5. Should the police be used to stop member of the assembly from entering his work place?
6. Should our own top politicians be shown jumping the fence like common taut?

Let's not let emotions and blind love push our country off the cliff. Things need to be done the right way. Nigeria is always the winner, not the politicians.

The coming months might be very interesting as we approach the elections.

Thanks for the inquiry. The PhD program in physics is available. You will have to study the one year preparatory Chinese program to get you academically ready for the actual program (taught in Chinese) There are other Africans doing same - The one year Chinese courses is not free, it attract a tuition of around $2,700, together with accommodation and other essential fees .. it might gulp around 4,200 per year.
Take note: The University is a top school with University world ranking among the top 500 . Government owned. If its ok with you, I can proceed to email you the required application materials

Good. At lease you are doing your own bit to assist others in need of a service. Please take note, people or organizations appointed by Universities to recruit students on their behalf are called "official recruitment agent". So if you are not an official recruitment agent of a University, it means you are a third party or a freelancer. Always make your position clear on the matter so others know what their dealing with.
Try to understand the meaning of the word agent. Most organizations sublets some aspect of their jobs to other smaller companies or individuals called and agent. The customers need to know the relationship between you and the institution you are representing. Take note that people's money will be involved and you surely will charge a service fee. So, if you are not an official agent of a university in China, what are you? Wish you well anyway.
