I saw ur post on nairaland saying abt developing estate going for outright purchase of plot at #400,000.00

Pls where is the estate located and what is the extent or percantage of work done at the estate.

This is an estate being develop by Kings World Estate Ltd, at 22 Akinremi Street, Anifowose, Ikeja Lagos.

It is four hundred thousand naira(#400,000) per plot.== Outright Payment. WHILE there are other payment options which are: #440,000 in 3months, #480,000 in 6months, #520,000 in 9months, #560,000 in 12months and #600,000 payable in 15months. The last option is for salary earners which is #30,000per month for 18months.

Facilities and services to be provided by the firm includes:
Perimeter fencing, paved road network, Electricity with street lighting, 24hrs Security patrol, CCTV Camera, Water treatment plant, Refuse disposing services, Prevention and control centre, Shopping Malls, Sewage control system, Cash/ATM points,Nature park, Civic centre and club house, Estate clinic e.t.c

hi, Shoe Driving is better than Foot Driving for 1(one) simple reason, most shoe soles has gripper to hold firm on the pedal than bare foot which can be slippery especially when the pedal shoe of such vehicle is gone, although when i say shoe is better i don't mean those shoes that has walk the whole lagos street with no more shoe gripper or flat based shoe neither high heel shoe that does not conform with driving rules.
