CareerInterview At Transsnet Financials by shaunfab(op): 10:22pm On Oct 26, 2018
Hello house, please does anyone know about the company Transsnet financials in GRA Ikeja. I got an interview invite with them. I tried to read about them buy there is very little content online.

Any information on background of the company, culture, salary scale, employee benefits, working hours, training, company profile, staff turnover... Any other information that will help me make an informed decision will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

BusinessE-auction Platform - Hamabid by shaunfab(op): 7:24am On Jul 23, 2017
Many exceptional business ideas are coming up day in day out that are making lives of Nigerians easier and smarter. I recently got wind of an e-auction platform called Hamabid where users bid for items at ridiculously low prices by buying bids.

I am really considering registering and trying them out, but I want to confirm if there are any nairalanders who have used the platform. Any winners? How authentic is the platform? How good was the item purchased for the bid winners?

I am also considering this for my own business. However, I need to know the fair value and tax implications for a small registered company.

Please share your thoughts and experiences.

Thank you

OP let us not and never belittle what prayer can do. I quite agree with you on the other points raised. What we need is a hash tag like #bethechangeyouwanttosee where Nigerians post photos and videos of selfless humanitarian efforts, environmental protection and green efforts, disease control efforts and other many things that are so wrong with this country, being corrected. It perplexes me when you go to church, pray about the country, pray for its leaders but the rot continues. Alot of issues we pray, cast and bind about just require intense thinking.

Religion, especially Christianity is not about us alone but rather about service to other people. I'd like to challenge everyone who reads this, be the change and stop waiting for some miracle to happen cause it's not. Be the change at work, at home, church, mosque, social media, school, relationship, marriage, family and in society.
Jobs/VacanciesInterview With Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria by shaunfab(op): 1:02pm On May 16, 2017
Hello Nairalanders,

Did anyone else apply for the Chartered Accountants recruitment by Rand Merchant Bank? Just received a call from their South African office to come for an interview tomorrow afternoon at the Nigerian office.

Does anyone have an idea what their recruitment process is like or how the case studies are structured or interviews done.

Please help with any information you have.

Thank you,

Okay. This should be your first date! Right?
Not exactly. We have gone to the cinemas several times and other places within lekki.

But its the first time we will be away on something like a mini-vacation, away from work and yellow buses and sleep out.

Hello house. Please i need your advise. So there is this lady i've been seeing for about 2 months now...really amazing lady. I intend to take her out for easter, spend say 2 days together, lodge somewhere(separately grin). We both stay in lagos.

I've made a few enquiries, la campagne tropicana, whispering palms are both a tart too expensive. I would like us to go somewhere far away to the regular mainland/island hustle...just to relax. A place with a lodge, restaurant, bar, some coconut drinks etc. I really dont want to mess things up with this lady.

Please house, i need you're ideas and suggestions. Thanks
