This is one state I hate in niger Delta....the state with the least number of local government areas but poor.

That state is zero in all aspects.. From infrastructure to Healthcare to road network you name it.

It's quite unfathomable that an oil producing state that collects huge allowances from the federal government has not been paying teachers 30,000 minimum wage years after it was implemented when we are even talking of implementing a new one.
