@Eldee, AS FOR HIPHOP, True that the rhythm captivates one but I don't still think it's more important than the lyrics. For instance, take *name withheld before his die-hard fans lynch me*, he's got just the rhythm but his lyrics hold no water. Of what use is that? And it's also true that the so-called greatest rapper dwells on the 'nooks and crannies' of beats and all but it doesn't make him right. I still stand for lyrics, hiphop or no hiphop, mehn. That's what I seek in a song - my playlist will shock you. 1 Like |
