[color=olive]Hmmn. . It doesn't really make much sense to me because Nigerians abroad are not fully aware of what is happening in the country and might not make the right decisions in voting people with the right manifestos.

I don't know if that sounded right but I mean only he who wears the shoe knows where it pinches. There should be a certain amount of years (months) of abode in Nigeria required for people to be able to vote (prior to the voting day). This is to verify that the voter has the knowledge of his surroundings and their vote is truly going to make a difference.
